My sales experience is unique. I knew the GM of the dealership at the time of my purchase. I have bought quite a few new vehicles in my time and this was by far the easiest. We went to the book, selected all the options I wanted. He added them all up and gave me a price. He
encouraged me to shop the other dealers in the area and find a better price. I did shop and I did not find a better price. I returned a week later and gave him a deposit to have the truck built.
My service experience was a little shaky. I had the infamous "brake pull". The first couple times they had a difficult time duplicating the problem, but the third time they found it. Once they did they had the truck for 17 days! However it was noticeably better once I got it back. It was not
the service departments fault that I had brake pull and after the were able to duplicate the problem they did the best they could to fix it!
As for parts, wow, where do I start? I have a long time family friend who works the part department at another dealer.... He cannot even come close to the level of pricing that I am receiving. Now, it's not just about price with these guys either. Their service is exceptional. They are the DC
Wholesaler for the Greater Cleveland area and regularly can get special order parts the next day. The Mopar depot is only 25 miles away.

I used the service department several times over the years because we have owned Dodge/Chrysler vehicles for a long time. I am very impressed with the service department. Wayne was very helpful in explaining the problems and resolved them the 1st time! I will recommend their service to anyone who asks.

I have never had a problem with the sales department. Actually they have always treated us very well. I have purchased two vehicles from them. The first vehicle I never had a problem with sales or service department. They now have new people running the show since I purchased my last vehicle in 1997. The sales people were great, but I constantly had to take my vehicle in for the same problem minimum three times over. GUESS WHAT THEY TRIED TO DO, they tried to charge me the deducible each time, and I had to fight with them each time to get it waved. The only time I got satisfaction was when I called Mr. Bill Bahr who is in charge at Great Northern Dodge. If I could buy a vehicle from them and then get a service contract somewhere else that is reputable, I probably would do that, just because sales dept.was very nice to my family and I. One of the problems I had was an oil leak. I had to take it back seven times before it was fixed correctly. Another issue I had was my ABS hydraulic cylinder stopped working under warranty, SIX months later they called me because the part just came in. My vehicle just went off warranty last month "May".
Yes, it will be a cold day in #### before I would take my car back to them to get it fixed.

Especially avoid the service department. How can this be a 5 star dealership when they treat the customers like they don't know anything about the vehicles. I stopped taking my minivan there because the service manager is a jerk.

Sales=Avoid, Service=Don't Know,
After 3 hours of negotiating, I put down a first months payment (with tax and title)of nearly $500 I was to take delivery of vehicle next day at noon. Missed noon delivery, I called at 2pm to explain and reschedule delivery and was told the vehicle was sold; but not to worry, "We found you a different vehicle." After taking a few days to think it over, I decided I did not want a different vehicle and asked for my down payment back. Was told they don't give refunds.

Sales=Excellent, Service=Excellent,
The service department has always gone out of their way to help. Has been the only dealership service department that will respond to the symptoms I describe, regardless of their ability to duplicate them. The excellent service has taken the edge off the fact that I paid full sticker for my truck!

Dealership Rating:
Good sales department, good service
Fair sales, fair service
Conflicting or not enough information
Poor Service or Poor Sales Department
Avoid like the plague!!
Don't Know / No Experience
