Sales=Don't Know, Service=Excellent, Parts=Don't Know, bought there=Yes,
scv_there=Yes, experience=My wife and I started from Michigan to New Philadelphia
Ohio to visit and our Ford Focus started having problems. We called the dealership
to report our problem and told them we were on our way. After stalling about
7 to 8 times along the roads we made it there in one piece. The service department
was great to look at the car and determined it was the fuel pump. Just so happens
that Ford recalled that part and they replaced it for free. We were staying
at a nearby hotel in New Phila and they gave us a car to use for the night and
half of the next day at no charge so we could visit my home town again. Your
staff went the extra mile to make sure that we were taken care of. Very prompt
service,
excellent communication and a job well done. I know the service department can
be a very difficult place to work, but your staff showed us a team effort. Thank
you Jeff "Smitty" Smith.
Thank you for the great service you gave us.

Sales=Don't Know, Service=Avoid,
While returning home on vacation truck began shimmying and the check engine
light began blinking. Then the truck would lose power while under load, i.e..
like ascending in the mountains. Finally check engine light came on solid. The
town we came to in Ohio, after the the light came on solid, had a Dodge/Ford
Dealership on the East side and in sight of 77. I asked if they could let me
know what the light meant. This was on a Monday and they said they might be
able to look @ it on Thursday. As I would have been unemployed on Thursday I
asked if they could look at it tell me if it was safe to drive back to Michigan.
Again they thought maybe Thursday. Then I asked if they could call ahead for
me or let me know how to get to the next nearest Dodge Dealer. They would not,
until I became insistent, then gave a half hearted glance @ a phone book and
declared nothing in there. As it turned out it was just a faulty plug wire but
we were babying it home for next 8 hrs. Thanks for nothing! There was another
customer I assumed a local who was also put off as they had worked on his vehicle
and putting him off until Thursday also.
