05experience=A great dealership to deal with. It is worth the hour drive for me so to deal with competent people. The sales staff is very professional and are wiling to answer any questions. I told them what I wanted for a truck and they didn't try to sell me some optioned out truck that I wasn't interested in buying. I was told by the sales man that they sell trucks for 0.5% over invoice. I was finding 1 and 2 year old trucks for the price of a new truck from them. The service department is great too. My truck had a faulty reverse light switch that sporadically worked. After I arrived at the dealer for my appointment the
service manager came out and informed me that the new light switch had not come in for whatever reason. He then asked if I was willing to re-schedule my appointment. I told him that his plan wouldn't be very convenient because I live an hour away. He understood my situation and took a switch off of a new truck on the lot, just to avoid inconveniencing me! I couldn't ask for any better service than that.

I had been pricing Cummins trucks on the internet and called Jackson about sales incentives . They stated over the phone that they would give me all dealer incentives and just charge 100 bucks over invoice and 20 dollar advertising fee. It was the absolute truth! I found the salesman to be in error on only one account. He thought that CTD had stainless exhaust like the gassers but was willing to look it up and apologized to me for the mistake. I would have considered Duramax , but chevy did not have one I could test drive with a manual trans, so I found the truck I wanted at Jackson. There was a guy on TDR website that agrees with me and drove 3 hours to buy there. This is a very small dealer and they also to HEAVY TRUCK repair so they know diesels. They sell more trucks than cars and more diesels than gassers. While you're there , stop by Shuck and get a trailer pulling hitch system The factory and showroom is in Celina.
