Settled on an exact color/model/etc. minivan (brad new at the time).... When sitting down with the finance guy - the already agreed upon price and finance % was switched... After expressing my thoughts and distrust with the management, I was chased down as I walked away and promised my previously-agreed upon quotes the next day. I returned and they had sold my van (color)... They could not find another with the exact options/color regionally and merely offered me another van in a different color... They say to never trust a car salesman.... this establishment (Kemper Dodge) exemplifies why!
