I bought a 2000 Dodge Dakota 4 wheel drive paid lots of money, now it has 60,000 miles and I found out
that the rear end is trashed. I took very good care of this vehicle and cant believe the rear end is gone.
they said no warranty, now they say 1300.00 dollars to fix it. This has been an on going problem for dodge
this is my 2nd dodge truck that has had problems, my first truck had the transmission go out at 30,000 miles
this is crazy dodge is putting out bad products and not backing them up. I say never buy dodge, they need to
back there products up. I will never purchase a dodge vehicle again, you should do the same.

Sales=Poor, Service=Fair, Parts=Don't Know, bought there=Yes, scv_there=Yes, Buy_DaimlerChrysler_again=No,
I bought a 2005 dodge dakota in april of 05 the sales manager (skinny guy with glasses) worked with me on my purchase and he said i was going to have a 3 year lease and the truck I had traded in had negative equity of 3500 dollars he said he would take care of it and not add it to the new truck, so I went ahead signing the papers and then left. I go home look at all the paper work and the agreement said 39 months which is 3 years 3 months, and I thought the total for the vehicle price was high so i reviewed it and that son of a bit*h added the negative equity on it after saying they wouldn't, I called back up there and the sales manager didn't care acted rude with me and said it was my fault for signing the papers and that I'm stuck with the vehicle, ont top of that everything has gone wrong with the vehicle, the brake system had to be replaced three times, the rear end went out of it in december, and it kept dying on me for no reason, so i took it to service and they couldn't find anything wrong with it. I don't know how this dealership gets away with this sh*t I'm surprised there still in business with the rudeness of there staff. I just hired a lawyer to take care of
these problems so that it can be considered a lemon. I will never buy another vehicle from this dealership again

Sales=Good, Service=Poor, Parts=Don't Know, bought there=Yes, scv_there=No, Buy_DaimlerChrysler_again=No,
I have had my 2005 Dodge Stratus in to the dealer at least 4-5 times will smart remarks from the dealers manager & in the service department. I was to be sold a 2005 Dodge Stratus with a 6 cyl. I received a 4. When I went back to the dealers to get the "vibration" in the steering fixed I was asked. "What do you expect from a 4 cylinder?" I was shocked at this. Went directly down to another dealer& I had only a 4 cylinder. Went back to the dealer & talked with the Manger of sales & told him I was given the wrong car. His name is Dave Schmid(t). He told me in front of my husband it was designed with "a Smart chip" in it to detect my driving & able to anticipate my moves. Went right back to the dealer I used the last time & they stated" its not the kit car from night rider." So I have had a number of issues with my brand new Dodge Stratus like my transmission is slipping, I have major shaking in my steering wheel, my seatbelts lock ( when accelerator is pushed),I have had 3 flat tires & one of the service guys tells me 1) I most certainly did not have trouble taking my tire of & 2 he couldn't see anything wrong with it. I asked is it ok then to put a can of fix a flat in it he says "yeah why not" so I did ,on the second flat I had it went flat I put air in it for two days so far it is holding up the third flat there was a definite whole so I put a can of fix a flat in it then took it to Kerry where they told me I don't had a hazard warranty on my car.Too much sealant in all 4 of my tires I only put a can in the one went to the dealer & was told it wouldn't hurry so that is the reason I put the second one in but to have all 4 with sealant in the tires explain why the second tire healed so quickly now doesn't? The car was bought with a ding in the trunk the sales guy seen it immediately my husband showed him & we were told he would fix it. When we went back to the dealers on 6-7-05 I was told "there's a guy who comes in every so often to fix these things" Ok no one is fixing anything on my car. Usually if I take the car in my self they act as though I am a blithering idiot. I am female & I have had plenty of cars I have blown a lot of engines so I personally requested a 6 cyl. engine for that reason. Now I am just sorry I ever wanted a Dodge Stratus it was supposed to be a Dream Car now it is full of nightmares.
Kerry Dodge keeps sending me Free oil changes. I truly can't see anyway out of this mess I also can't believe Dodge would sit by & let this happen to me on a regular basis. I hope some one out there sees this contacts me & gives a good solution to these problems. I am not asking for something for free just a way to get the car I wanted & a chance to change my experience with my first and my last Dodge vehicle. Thank you

Sales=Excellent, Service=Poor (Avoid assigned), Parts=Don't Know, bought there=Yes, scv_there=Yes, Buy_DaimlerChrysler_again=No,
I want to add that I would avoid Kerry Dodge like the plague! I own a 2004 Chrysler Sebring Convertible. I purchased it in April and it has been in service every month that I have owned it. Thanks to Kerry Dodge I now have an ongoing seal and water leakage problem which cannot be fixed. To top it off, Kerry Dodge refused to work on my vehicle after they ruined it and then put the blame on me stating my accusations were "fabricated". I have hard core proof that my problems with my vehicle were in fact, valid from another Chrysler Service Center. Along with sending in this "Notification to Daimler Chrysler Motors Company LLC Customer Center" I am writing a letter to explain in full detail my complaint. I purchased a 2004 Sebring LXI Convertible on April 26, 2004 from Kerry Dodge in Milford, Ohio. My first complaint will be about the finance manager there named Kevin Summers. He was extremely rude to me because I had an issue on my credit report that needed an explanation. Upon delivering the information to him, I had asked if he was going to be able to get the problem taken care of so I could sign the loan documents for the vehicle. At the time, my mother (who has since passed away) was plagued with brain and bone cancer and my father had to stay with her at all times. Because of the fact that he was the co signer on my loan, I wanted to know when we would be signing paperwork so I could let him know when he'd need to sign the papers. Kevin replied to me "he may get to it when he had time" and left it at that. After thinking about it on the way home that day, I decided that I did not want to deal with Kevin Summers because he was rude, abrasive and had no people skills whatsoever. His attitude that he portrayed to us is that "he could care less if we bought from Kerry Dodge". My husband called up the dealership and spoke with a manager to let them know that I did not want to purchase the vehicle because I did not want to work with Kevin Summers. We were told at that time, that we could work with another finance manager to complete the loan paperwork. We returned to the dealership on Monday, the 26th and I signed all necessary paperwork. The finance manager then followed me to my father's house to get him to sign the necessary paperwork. My father had complained that his identity was not verified when he was asked to sign the paperwork. In all other loan transactions, our identification has always been either verified or recorded. After driving the vehicle home, I noticed that the alignment seemed to be off on the vehicle and that the windows made a noise when being rolled up. My husband and I returned to the dealership to address this concern. We were told that we could take it to the service center and have the problems checked out and taken care of since the car was under warranty. Easy enough right? I didn't think much of this situation since I figured it would be taken care of after service had a chance to look at it. On April 30th my car went into the service center and they aligned the vehicle and then after removing the left door panel, found the window regulator loose. According to the paperwork they tightened to specs and lubed the tracks and that the vehicle tested ok. I picked up my vehicle and thought that this was the end of the problems with my vehicle. Not long after I picked my vehicle up from service, I noticed once again, that the rear windows were still making this noise. I took the car back to the service center at Kerry Dodge and let them know of the continuing problem. This was on May 14th, not even a month after the car was in service the last time and not even a month after I purchased the car. At this time, my receipt states that the rear driver's side window regulator was found inoperable. A new rear drivers side regulator was ordered for my car at this point, although my request to check out the passenger side was not addressed. During this visit, the individual who worked on my vehicle scratched the driver side window and the quarter window glass somehow. This was addressed with the service manager Dave Schmid and new windows glass for both windows were also ordered with the regulator. I returned to the Kerry Dodge Service Center on May 26 after making an appointment when my parts were all in. At this time the regulator on the driver side quarter window was replaced and the driver side glass and quarter window driver side glass was replaced. Because they failed to check my passenger side right rear window the last time I was there, they checked it during this visit. On the receipt from my visit this time, it was noted, "the window glass was scratched from the actuator". I want to let you know, that it was not the actuator, but whoever worked on my vehicle who scratched the glass from being careless when working on my car. I don't believe it is right for the service center to not take responsibility for the mistakes that they make. The service manager was made aware, during the phone call made that this was an error made on their part and not the vehicle.
During the visit my vehicle also had the bumper resealed because the clear coat was already peeling! Upon receiving my vehicle back from this trip to the service center, I noticed that although they did replace the glass I scratched, they scuffed my leather interior on the driver seat and left scuff marks on the back plastic interior! Because of this, I had to return to the service center on June 14 to have this taken care of. I received my vehicle back the same day and the scuffs were gone from my vehicle. This receipt states, "Charge to service per Dave Schmid damaged while in for service".
The glass that was replaced in my vehicle should also have been "charged to service per Dave Schmid" because that is what actually happened. Not even a month later, I notice the driver side window making noises yet again. Disgusted with taking my vehicle to Kerry Dodge's service center, I decided to take my vehicle to Joe Kidd Dodge to have it checked out. I live closer to Joe Kidd Dodge and I also wanted to see about getting a factory spoiler painted and installed on my car. I would never trust Kerry Dodge to install a spoiler on my vehicle? I could only imagine what would get damaged in the process! During this visit, it was found that there was a service bulletin so they cleaned the tracts with mineral spirits and lubricated the actuators. On July 6 my car was being looked at again for the same problem. Still having the same problem with the windows, we made another appointment with the service center at Kerry Dodge. ! In the manual it suggests the steps to take to take care of a warranty problem so we took it back to the dealership we purchased the vehicle from. After rolling up my windows up and down while enjoying the warm weather in my convertible, the windows tore through the rubber boot on each side. We took the vehicle to Dave Schmid to look at and explained to him that the windows were still making noises (which were now a very loud squealing noise when the car was wet after a rain) and now the rubber boots are also torn (we have enclosed photos). We were informed by Dave that this is "quite common" in these vehicles. I have owned many Chrysler/Dodge products, all with rubber boots such as this car has, and all older with no tearing problems. On August 10, my vehicle went in for service. During this visit, they told me that the weather-stripping was all replaced and stated the cause of my window problems as being "felt worn off". Keep in mind that this vehicle is a 2004 and has approximately 11455 miles on it. They also replaced the rubber boots during this visit. I talked to the tech Matt who worked on my vehicle this time and he also told me it was quite common to see these boots torn on these vehicles. I informed him that he and I both knew that the windows were somehow adjusted too high during one my vehicles visits to their service center. You can clearly see by looking at the photos the problem that caused the rubber boots to be torn. Matt did not have an answer for this situation. I asked him if I would be returning to the shop on a monthly basis since it was "quite common" considering my car is practically new and he told me that, "the boots should last a few years". Once again, because of some sort of careless error made by this service center, money was wasted on replacing a part. Another reason that my windows were making noise, according to the receipt is because the "weather-stripping is torn/worn". I find it very hard to believe that a vehicle that is this new requires all of the weather-stripping to be replaced. I was informed that my car was run through the car wash (which I am not sure where it is in their service center) and everything was good. I left to go back to work less than a mile away and found yet another problem. After rolling my windows down and testing for noise I looked up to find that my car was leaking on both sides by the seals! Upon returning to work I called my husband up to let him know of my new problem and he said he'd take the vehicle to the service center to have the matter taken care of. At this point I was very disgusted and wanted nothing to do with their service center. Apparently the shop is not run too efficiently back there if a customer has to return continuously to have something taken care of. My husband and I switched vehicles at my work and drove up to Kerry Dodge. We were told that Dave Schmid, the service manager was gone for the day. They told me I could leave the car and they would give me a car for the weekend. They put my car in the garage (since it was raining just a little bit before that) and we went home. This was on August 20th. On August 23, I am told that my vehicle is ready to pick up and that the car no longer leaks. I pick up my vehicle again on my lunch break and return to work less than a mile away. On this day, I see another unsatisfied customer that I just saw the prior week obviously dissatisfied also. By the time I returned to work, I knew that the car still had a leaking problem. This is ridiculous at this point because I was told that the car was "water tested" and ran under the car wash. It was obvious that they didn't test it too well under the water. For some reason I did not get any "receipt" for my visit on August 23rd but my car was definitely picked up that day. On the evening of August 23rd, my husband and I decided to do our own water test on the vehicle. We took the car to the car wash and I lightly sprayed water (I do not use high pressure ever around the convertible top) and it was found that water was leaking all over the place (see pictures enclosed). The leaking problem went from bad, to worse after taking it to their service center! I also want to point out to you, that the manager, Mark Summers lacks the basic skills that should be required for anyone in management. When we talked to him the evening of the 23rd, his reply to us about our problems was, "if we didn't like their service go to another shop". He was extremely rude, yet again and has no personal skills with other people at all. As a manager, he should have a better reply to us than that. My husband took off work on August 24th to talk to Dave Schmid about this ongoing problem with my vehicle and with their service center. Dave informed my husband that someone else who specializes in the seals would have to come out and that they contracted this company to do the work, since they could not fix the leaks. I got my vehicle back after it was worked on yet again, the same day. On August 25th it was noticed that my window was making the same noise it made the first time that I complained about it. At this point I do not know what to do about this ongoing problem. My interior has been scuffed, my windows scratched, and the doors have been taken apart along with all the seals have been replaced for no apparent reason! The car is still having the same problems it initially had bringing me to the conclusion that the car is either defective or that the service center has serious problems, or a combination of the both! Today after a light rain I noticed on the way to work that my car is still leaking around the seals. My husband was told that this car cannot be washed in a regular bay wash (where we spray ourselves, not automatic) and that we have to use a garden hose to wash these sort of cars. I find that hard to believe considering the manual does not mention this and besides that, my car never leaked before Kerry Dodge replaced all the seals. After work I went to take the car to the car wash to lightly spray it to see how much leaking would be possible. I was no! t surprised to find that the leaking was just as bad as it wa! s before the contractor came in to fix it the other day. I took the vehicle back yet again on Friday the 27th because the car was still leaking. On September 1, I was told I could pick my vehicle up. The car still had water in the seals and I am still unsatisfied at this point. I was also told at this point in time that now the noises that my windows make are "normal". My receipt states that these noises were heard on both sides of the vehicle and are normal. Please keep in mind that these noises that are now ?normal? are the same noises I initially took my vehicle in for after I purchased it! If in fact these noises are normal, then why did they work on them so much in the past? On top of the noise continuing, and being told that this is normal (they told me that the ?Water Doctor? diagnosed this!) my car still leaks. The men in the service center and the general manager John both told me that this car was water tested and did not leak. Ironically, when I got into my car in!
their parking lot, I noticed that the water was once again, welling up in the same areas. My husband asked John to come out to look at it and he denied seeing any water coming from my car even though it was ON HIS FINGERS! I would be more than happy to show anyone who disputes the validity of my claim to come to the car was with me and lightly mist the car. It seems to me that the service center and managers at Kerry Dodge are trying to put the blame on me but I don't know anyone that would be happy with a car that has water in it after a light rain or from dew overnight. John told us that they did the best they could do and there is nothing from this point that they can do for us. I have complained to Chrysler?s corporate office, the general manager, the service center, the Attorney General of Ohio and the Better Business Bureau. I was told that my complaints to the Better Business Bureau and to the Attorney General were received. Because of the fact that I want to lemon the vehicle, we are now told on August 30th that they cannot order the front pillars that they damaged while replacing all my seals until they find out what is going on. My husband talked to Jerry, at the Water Doctor and he told him that he never diagnosed any "window problems" with my car because he specializes in seals only. Because Kerry Dodge won't work on my vehicle anymore and the Water Doctor cannot meet me outside of the dealership, I am stuck with a car with window problems and leaking problems. It?s September 3rd, my husband talks to Dave Schmid who says that Chrysler is going to contact Jeff Wyler Chrysler about my vehicle for a last chance repair attempt. During the beginning of the week of September 6th my husband talks to Dave, the service manager. Dave at this dealership is going to be out a few days and wants to make sure he sees the vehicle himself before any work is done. We are told that this particular service center has techs that are specially trained and certified from Chrysler is seals. On September 17, I call ! up the Chrysler Customer line to see if I can obtain any prior warranty work done on this vehicle. I have suspicions at this point, that this car may have been a lemon buyback. Through Carfax and Autocheck reports, I found out in the past that this vehicle only had one title issued, and that was to me. Prior to me owning it, it shows that it was at an auto auction in Indiana. Interesting? I am told by Chrysler that I cannot obtain prior warranty work information my vehicle because it is "privileged" information. Sounds like a good way to lemon launder if you ask me? On to the service center, it's September 20. We arrive and point out to Dave all of the problems with the vehicle. He states that his shop don't use the Water Doctor and that their work isn't that good, that they have to redo a lot of work. From talking to the Water Doctor, we had the impression that he was pretty experienced in seals since that is all he does. We describe the window leaks to him and again, quest! ions about how I was the car come up. I do not understand why washing a car is such a science now! For some reason I believe that somehow, Chrysler is trying to put the blame on me, the Water Doctor, anyone but themselves! The truth of the matter is that a vehicle should be able to sit through a rain, an overnight dew, be washed with a hose, etc. without leaking! I have owned a convertible before and took it through the automatic carwash! No leaks no problems! PLEASE keep in mind that I cannot even use the soap around any of my windows because it will seep in. Prior to Kerry Dodge working on my vehicle?s seals, I could wash my car and had NO LEAKS.
We showed Dave the A pillars that were damaged, the water leak areas and explained the noises. We also brought up the noises that are clunking and rubbing in nature that happen when I turn my wheel. He told us that ?noises? could be harder to diagnose. I had similar noises in my Dodge Avenger.
After they replaced the control arms the noise went away. So on to more headaches I am sure. He said the vehicle would be gone for about two days. I have absolutely no faith at this point in time that the problem will be taken care of. We will see though. Perhaps I will be proven wrong. It is now December 9th and my vehicle has been back to Jeff Wyler Chrysler Plymouth now over 3 times. My car is still leaking and they are currently working on it at this time. I did not want to make this complaint against Jeff Wyler because Dave King and the service department have done their best to try to resolve this ongoing problem. Unfortunately they got stuck working on the mess that another shop, who may I add REFUSED to work on my vehicle any further, made. My husband and I have both owned many Chrysler/Dodge products in the past and have been pleased but this experience has been a nightmare. I cannot seem to get this vehicle fixed correctly and at this point; I would like to start the lemon process on it. I have thought about purchasing a Dodge Durango within the next year, but I am not sure if I will since this has been such a bad experience altogether. When we called the customer service number we were told that this was not a warranty problem and we had to deal directly with the dealership we purchased the vehicle from. When we talk to the manager there, they basically have nothing to tell us or if we get to talk to Kevin Summers, we get nothing but rude treatment. The management at the Kerry Dodge dealership will not tell us how to contact the owner of the company so that we can address our concerns so we find ourselves going in endless circles with the same people, getting nothing done. The outcome of my experience with this vehicle will determine if my husband and I (who are loyal Chrysler/Dodge customers) will ever purchase another Daimler Chrysler vehicle. I need to know what steps I need to take towards initiating the lemon process. I have been told it is nearly impossible to have a car lemoned but I believe that my situation warrants a valid reason. We have had nothing but a nightmare with this vehicle since we purchased it. I have taken it to service over and over again only for things to get worse. I now have a leaking, noisy Sebring with less than 14,000 on it. I can provide any documentation that you need regarding this situation, please feel free to contact me at any time.

Bought 2004 Seabring convertible, the door windows rattled, they took it in to fix and ended up scratching the windows, when they replaced the windows they scratched up the interior, after fixing the interior the new seals the put around the bottom of the door windows & windows themselves were put in wrong and ripped the seals. Now they have replaced all seals and took roof off and now every thing leaks bad. They refuse to fix or warranty any of their work.
Very very very bad service and ******* people working there! Do not buy anything from this dealer.

Kerry Dodge is the pits. I will never purchase a vehicle from them again and have been spreading by word of mouth about their lack of professionalism and out and out lies. The place is a joke. I've recently relocated to Michigan and leased from Century Dodge. What a world of difference! Century Dodge is a five-star, service and customer-oriented dealer. Kerry Dodge could never measure up to Century. Please, do not buy, lease or service your Chrysler product from Kerry Dodge, or should I say Scary Dodge!

The service department at Kerry Dodge does not have very good business ethics or customer service savvy. They performed service on my car without telling me how much it was going to cost - services that I thought would be covered under my warranty. Six days after the services were performed, they called to let me know that I had a $134.00 bill that I needed to return and pay. I told them I would pay for the services, but that no on had told me they weren't covered under warranty and they should have told me so before repairing my vehicle. I was VERY NICE during my conversation and did not raise my voice once or say a harsh word. However, the service guy proceeded to argue with me that I was told the services were not covered under warranty. He then told me that they would just write off the $134.00 charges and I could seek future services elsewhere for my car. He then told me that they would also remove me from their computer (another way to tell me they expect me to not return). Also because our words were not heated, I felt that the reaction I received was not called for. I was willing to pay for the services, but wanted to remind them that I was not told there would be a charge. My husband could have fixed what they did for a whole lot less than what they charged. I hardly think that the reaction was appropriate, especially since I've brought many thousands of dollars worth of their product. I will NEVER return to this dealership...which is their loss. We are ready to buy another car!

Poor...Deal feel through...To make a long story short... Salesman got wrong price on vehicle after "supposedly" checking twice. Bigger problem starts with manager. When asked ...so what your telling me is that you cant believe anything the salesman says? Manager says.... Lets put it this way....its as good as what the customer says. The thing I don't like the most...He, the manager...is not accountable to anyone. I had to talk to another store manager just to be told... well I took care of it for you. He admitted he was out of line. I counseled him. My opinion....I guess when you're not accountable to anyone you can treat people any way you want.

The sales dept was outstanding. Sean (Jam Man) Manheartz did a great job in helping us find the truck that we wanted. It was the easiest buying experience we ever had and the finance dept was great especially finding the best extended warranty to satisfy us with our high mileage that we drive. Again, I would not shop or have service done anywhere else. Service after the sale is fantastic!!!!!!!!!

Stopped at Dealership Sunday afternoon to look at Ram 1500. Walked thru lot where trucks parked looking for truck advertised in Saturdays newspaper. Was on lot for 1/2 hour and did not get any assistance from sales staff. Dealership was not busy and there where 5-6 salesman standing around outside, in front of showroom. None would come out on lot. Found the stock # matching the add. The add showed correct list price for stock #, but the add showed V8, auto, and trim pkg. Vehicle was stripped work truck model with V6 and manual transmission. As the sales people had no interest in talking with me, I left the dealership and will conduct my business elsewhere. To me, it seems reasonable to expect a little attention and courtesy when you are looking to spend $20,000. After reading several other reviews on this dealership, they may have done me a favor by ignoring me.

My name is Mike and I purchased a vehicle from Kerry Dodge/Suzuki. The dealership lied to me and promised me an extra key fob. It has been 4 weeks and no one will call us or return are calls. Please be aware that they will promise you things and not live up to them.

This dealership will tell you anything to make the sale and then not follow through on their promises. The general manager is very rude and has a real attitude problem. He uses vulgar language and makes threats rights to your face.
I made one comment about a repair and he was all over me threatening me and calling me all kinds of nasty disgusting names. I call that very unprofessional but I guess he thinks it is the way to keep business. I would NEVER go to that dealership again and I suggest no one else should either. You can go to Iraq and be treated with more respect and care than you would from the general manager at Kerry Dodge in Milford. Pass this information along to your friends and family who are looking for a new vehicle. They have a real issue with doing warranty work too. They make you pay up front and then you have to submit your own warranty claim. AVOID KERRY DODGE!!!
Slam your hand in the car door. It will be less painful than dealing with Kerry Dodge.

I sent the following letter into the better Business Bureau and Daimler Chrysler Corp: We purchased a new Dodge Durango at Kerry Dodge in Milford Ohio 513-831-7550, October of 2001. My wife and I had been car shopping because our Chevy Blazer was getting older, and out of date. Our family has always purchased from the same dealer, for the past ten years, and has always been happy with all aspects of our purchases and never had any real maintenance problems with any of the vehicles we have had. These vehicles included used, and new cars, Chevy, Oldsmobile, Cadillac's, Jeeps, Vans, two trucks, and some additional sedans that had been purchased. Between the siblings and parents have spent together nearly 250+ thousand dollars on cars at the same dealership in the past decade. My wife has always wanted to buy a Dodge Durango and we had to go to another dealership to do so. We went to Kerry Dodge in Milford Ohio. The problems with this vehicle and service are detailed in this complaint letter (txt file launches in a new window).   This was a Durango problem. After speaking with Doy Baker, I am now en route to trade this in for a new Lexus. At least they don't speak to you like an idiot. If I was a mechanic, I would have fixed the problem myself.

Leased a used Dodge Dakota Quad Cab in 2001 and have hated it since. They dealership messed up the loan papers and need me to come back to sign new papers. When I informed them that I could not get there until later that evening, I was hung up on. Very, very, very rude service! Warranty has not wanted to pay for a thing, and the salesman that sold it to wanted nothing to do with me after he received his money. This truck was a lemon, and so was the dealership. STAY AWAY if you want a good experience from a dealership.
STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Recently attempted to do a lease on 2003 durango. Wanted an slt 4x4 plus in bright silver met paint single color. Salesman said don't have but everybody is getting the sxt version, had all the bells and whistles but looked as if the fender flairs, bumpers and running boards were forgotten at the factory, they were all the dark slate gray flat color really did not look good. Sales man finally listened to me and reluctantly went and got the key for a dark gray slt plus. came back said i can't find a tag and too lazy to look for one do you really want to drive it ya already own one and their not much different anyway. said yes.........still not tag so we took it up the side street and back. asked to see the dealer invoice ( i work for a major company that has incentives with dodge 1% under invoice) he says i'll show you it after we write the deal, i said no dodge says if i request it your supposed to present it to me. we left with him attempting to locate the proper color somewhere in a 100 mile area of milford ohio.......will i purchase from him NO but maybe another sales man.....stay away from salesman named dave moore at kerry dodge (NOTE: ratings do not match comments very well - posted as received)

Baz at Kerry Dodge was unbelievable. He made buying a car a wonderful experience. I recommend always asking for Baz-he will take good care of you before and after the sale. I will never buy another car any where else.

We leased a Dodge Dakota at Kerry Dodge in Milford, Ohio. Everyone seemed to be really nice, the transaction SEEMED to go smoothly. We were allowed to post date a check for our down payment. The check was dated June 28, 2003. They cashed the check on June 19, 2003. When I called to speak to the Sales Manager about it, he told me that no where in the agreement is it written that they would hold the check! They accepted a post dated check though. Then when I asked to speak to the person who handled the financing, I was told he wasn't in. The sales manager, who refused to identify himself as anything other than "Richie Rich," was very rude-very condescening-completely unreasonable-and has a foul mouth!!! Buyers beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You DO NOT want to deal with these people!!!

High marks go to everyone. Salesperson was Mark Moeller; very positive experience with him. He had all of the answers, was very friendly, professional and courteous, no 'high-pressure' for the sale. Financing person was
also very professional and courteous; same goes for the Service Manager. Overall a great experience. Dealership very clean in all areas. I work in a Customer Service environment, and fully expect professionalism, courtesy, and honesty from all interactions with other Service industries. Kerry Dodge exceeded my expectations, and I commend them for this. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new Dodge.
This is my second Dodge, I have driven it for 3 months, about 5800 miles. Absolutely no problems at all, no rattles or weird noises.

I have dealt with this dealership on a couple of different occasions and they have always treated me with the utmost respect. I bought my last vehicle from a guy named Baz, he was fantastic, his managers mark and Chris were also class acts. Thank you kerry dodge for another great car deal. Would recommend highly

Avoid salesman "Baz" at all costs. Likes about pricing, trade ins, etc. and does not follow through. Even game me the wrong service manual !! Was supposed to get a DVD player for the van as part of their "Get The Show on the Road" promotion. The dealership never submitted the paperwork. I finally called the general manager, who only lied more and went nuts while I told him I had called the local consumer authority. NEVER give this place one cent of your hard earned money.

Sales manager was condescending, arrogant, rude and disrespectful. While I have recently shopped many different dealerships this past month, this is the only dealer to show such unprofessionalism toward the customer. When I asked about invoice price, he made it clear that he does not share his accounting practices with anyone and would only share the invoice price if I AGREED to first write a check for this unknown amount. Ludicrous. He went on to tell me that he sells 5 times the number of vehicles that his Chrysler competitors sell. My reply, "Not the way you treat customers." I will never step foot on this dealership's property again and encourage other customers to do likewise. This sales manager does not need to be working with the public. Avoid KERRY DODGE in Milford, Ohio.

Sales=Avoid, Service=Don't Know,
Just after test driving a Dodge Ram truck and upon sitting down with the salesman at Kerry Dodge in Milford, Ohio, I asked if it was possible to see the Dealer's invoice on this particular vehicle. At this point, the sales manager introduced himself and immediately went "ballistic" on my asking to see the invoice price. He informed me that his "accounting practices" were none of my business and the only way he would show me the invoice price is if I agreed to purchase the vehicle first without even knowing the price. He was insulting, arrogant, condescending and unprofessional. They also had no vehicles on the lot for the price that matched their radio advertisement. This seemed to be false and misleading advertising to get the customer into the dealership. This was my 4th visit to a dealership this week and all have been cordial and professional, but not Kerry Dodge. I have never been so rudely treated by a car dealership. I was hoping to make a "fair" cash offer on the truck I had just test drove. Needless to say, I will NEVER return and encourage others to shop elsewhere. Later that afternoon, I made a cash deal with a competing dealership who knew how to respect and treat a customer. The sales manager at Kerry Dodge bad mouthed one of his Chrysler Dodge competitors as well. This manager needs an attitude adjustment and should not be working with the public.

Great place, walked in looked at what was on the lot didn't get hassled by the salesman. Purchased the Durango that we wanted and was in and out in no time. I was not happy with what they covered the hood with (to hide some acid stains on the hood) but I should have looked a little closer myself.
As for my experience, WONDERFUL!!! Highly recommend to purchase and I will purchase my next Dodge from them!

No only was the salesman rude and a liar on prices, the sales manager told me that I had "Champagne wishes and beer pocket money" on trying to find a used car. Don't listen to their salesmen when they say we can get you pretty close because they are $3000 off what they say and try to cover their butts when the sales manager asks did you really think we could get that price down that low. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!
