I am into my fourth vehicle from Key. I could not be happier. I have the ability to get a GM discount.....however I still return to Key. I have know the sales team for about 3 years. I feel confident when my wife takes her van in for service, that I'm not going to get a call that
someone has added additional service. I have not had to get any type of warranty work done...but feel secure in the knowledge that they will be there for me.

If your going to visit the facility....make sure you say hi to Terry Toby ( Owner ) he is a nice guy that really seems to care about the customer.

Well, I was in to order an '03 3500 with the Cummins, and to be honest the salesman lost the sale by repeatedly writing the name as "Cummings" (and pronouncing it that way). My only real gripe with these guys is they attempted to steal my trade from me. I had been offered between $3000 and $3600 from 3 other dealers; Key offered $1700. They're apparently the area's largest-volume dealer, so I definitely recommend visiting them - just don't make them the only place you visit. When I asked why their offer for my trade was so woefully low, they responded that since I was going to get the vehicle at wholesale they would have to take their profit on my trade. The nerve!

This is a fine dealership. Any problem I ever had with a truck or automobile under warranty or not was taken care of to my satisfaction.
