The sales staff and parts people are great with no pressure, and no stupid questions. Jerome Gordon hooked me up with exactly what I wanted. The service department, on the other hand, had me so mad I wanted to kill someone. Just completely combative on every issue.

I really liked the deal at first but then realized that they "buried me" without my even knowing it. I tried to trade the car in two years after I had bought it because they could never fix the hard shifting transmission. Well, service must have talked to sales because I was truly insulted when I tried to trade it in. They wanted to give me thousands less than blue book value. I'll never go back.
