Sales=Poor, Service=Don't Know, Parts=Don't Know, bought there=No, scv_there=No, received an early lease termination letter from Norris Auto Mall, so we went in to get some details. We have a 2001 Ram 1500 and we were looking to go a little smaller, maybe a Dakota. At first the sales woman was pretty friendly and nice, but when she asked what our current payments were she said, "Well you ain't gonna get payments that low." We pretty much ignored the statement because we haven't even discussed the price of the truck, lease term, credit scores or depreciation value, etc. We test drove a Dakota and we liked it. So we went back in to talk pricing and the finance guy came over and asked what we were willing to pay. We told him that we really just came in to get some information and that since the sales lady has already told us our payments are low, we don't want to go much over what we are currently paying. He said there was no way they could make that happen and basically sent us on our way. We were trying to ask questions regarding t! he price of the truck, but the finance guy just kept saying, no way. He wouldn't answer our questions and literally pushed us out the door. NOBODY ever told us the price of the truck, nobody ever asked how long we would like to lease the truck for or even checked our perfect credit scores. I left there feeling abused and I will never go back. I have also told everyone I know not to do business with Norris Auto Mall. By the way the truck only had 30,000 miles on it and was in perfect condition. I guess Norris Auto Mall doesn't want the business of an educated buyer.

Very bad dealer all around! Service has only 3 techs left that are parts hangers. The Dodge service dept has been moved into the body shop & is poor at best. This place needs to have there franchise pulled. They have no diesel tech for a place that sells many of them. Avoid like the plague!!!!!!
