I would first like to say that I completely appreciate my sales man John Stone
"Stoney". He is a wonderful person, he has sold me to cars I will
continue to purchase cars with Mr. Stone he gives the customer great concern
and respect. However the Service Dept. as nice as they were and I understand
this maybe out of there control. As I continue to express the greatest concern
of mine is that I had rotors and brake pads install on the front and my rotors
turned on the back with new brake pads and seeing that I have not put 10,000
miles on the car since I have bought the car from you I did some research on
brake pads and rotors and I a sure you that brake pads should last any where
from 25,000-30,00 miles and mine have not but as I find myself reading my paper
work from the Service Dept.. I find that I do have a Manufacturer guarantee
on all parts. So I hope when I call your Service Dept. I would greatly appreciate
assistance in this matter. That would instill that there is Great Customer Service.
I did also look up Manufacture's warranty and I assure you that this qualifies.

I did not buy a truck I bought a 1999 Chevrolet Monte Carlo Z34! I want to take
a moment and express my appreciation. Thank you, I hope to get this matter resolve
and return as a repeat customer as I am true to the one that is true to me.

Sales=Fair, Service=Poor, bought there=Yes, scv_there=Yes,
Transmission internal gears broken. Service department kept vehicle for 4 days
before they agreed something was wrong. Finally replaced transmission.
Front brakes ground as if surface was metal to metal but repair personnel said
there was nothing wrong. Pads had plenty of pad but pads themselves were bad
and had to be replaced. Completed this at another dealership after Rolling Acres
Dodge refused to replace.
Now I have a rear wheel bearing that is bad and even though I have an extended
warranty I am reluctant to take it back to this dealership.

Sales=Good, Service=Avoid,
Paid $450 dollars and nothing done to fix the service issue, brought back one
hour later. 5 days later I have the still broken truck and as of now am out
the money. Dishonest all throughout the service department. Stay away!
