POOR-I would avoid like the plague. We bought a used 05 Chrysler Town and Country in 6/06 and had to receive maybe 5
phone calls in the next week because off the untrained sales guy needing more information trying to schedule us to
come back in to resign all the paperwork. So after the new paperwork and the wasted time and energy to drive to the next town
within a month the brakes were completely shot while we were on vacation. They did make good and replaced the
one bad brake and rotor but when we showed up at the Mansfield office to drop off the van, the told us the van was
already dropped off. Come to find out they registered two white 05 vans in my name and the other van just so happened
to have bad brakes too! So by luck of fate, we found out about two months later that the van I'd been driving wasn't
really or correctly registered to me. So I had to contact the bank, the insurance, we even contacted a lawyer, while
some else drove around with my name on there van. So by now were three months into this, probably 30 phone calls
between a new sales guy, the manager and had to make another trip over. Well in the conversations they promised to fill
up our tank and a gift card to Red Lobster to make it worth our time and energy. Have called and they have promised
but it still hasn't shown up. Last phone conversation was the week prior to Christmas and they promised it by Monday,
on Wednesday called and they said it was on the way. It's now 2007 and still NOTHING!
