I purchased a Dodge Caravan from Spitzer in July 05. After I received the caravan I had a problem with the gas gauge not working properly. I took it in for repair and it was not fixed properly or at all. I took it in the second time and I was told they had to order the part. After 7 days (1 week)of waiting for the part to come in I was Advised by the service dept that may car was returning from the "BODY SHOP" the next day. They had damaged my car and had it fixed with out my knowledge. I was told they were trying to take of the customer. I think they were trying to cover their self. After much discussion with several people Spitzer agreed to switch out the car for a different one.(10 days later) Now It's time to make a car payment and I was told by the bank the Spitzer never submitted the paperwork for the new car. I have had my fill with them and I would never ever use them for anything not even service. I will be locating another Dodge dealership to ! take care of any service work that needs to be done.
