The dealership has had my truck more than i have had it (at least that how it feels). I have had numberous problems and each time it takes the service dept 2-3 to fix it. Front brake, alignment, steering gear box (leaking and broken), Dog tracking, and now rear brake problems. It has been in the shop 6 times for rear brakes and now I am waiting patiently (for two weeks now) for them to order (correctly) and receive parts to replace the rear end brakes. They are very rude and don't know much about the trucks. Nor do they care about customer service. I would never ever buy another truck or car from Stapeltons. it is just a shame that a dealership doesn't care enough to support malfunctions.
