They have the best mechanics around. Can't say the same for the service management though. They had a good one but let him go.

The sales man was nice. The service department was just horrible I would never ever take my van back again. Every time we took it in for something to be fixed they would break something else and have to fix it at their expense of course. Three times we took our van to get fixed and all 3 times something else happened. One time the service department wrecked our van pulling it out of the garage. I would not recommend to any one to take their vehicle to get fixed there.

We had ordered a truck at a different dealership and they reneged on the deal. Tom Ahl gave us a much better deal and price on the Ram 2500 that we bought. This is the second truck that we have bought here. The first truck was a 1993 Dodge Dakota. The deal was completed over the phone and the dealership went to southern Kentucky to pick up the truck. They have always gone out of their way to find us the truck we want.
