i bought a new 2003 caravan. i started to have a delayed engagement problem. i took the van back 3 times , i was almost involved in an accident. the 3rd time it was in they had it for 15 days and said they couldn't find anything wrong, no codes on the computer and they couldn't duplicate the delayed engagement. they. brought the van to my house on a wed. night on Thurs. night it acted up on fri night and on sunday. underwoods gave me the excuse it is perfectly normal for you to get into your car put it into gear and wait up to 6 seconds for the van to move. i called chrysler they told me the same thing. there is no way i am going to believe this. I took my van to another dodge dealership, they didn't even have the van for 2 hours and they found the problem. how could underwoods have my van for 15 days and find nothing. this was a very troubling experience for me and you can bet i will never go to underwoods again.

Brought truck in 3 times for transmission, third time they said it was the body lift, and stated the warranty would not cover the transmission, even though the transmission was giving us problem before the lift was done.

Was looking for new diesel Ram and heard good things about this place. Showed up to find out it's true!! Sales Dept was very easy to work with, never tried to pressure me in any way, did all they could to get me exactly what I wanted at a reasonable price. Thanks Underwood!

Did a good job both times in finding what I want in a truck. I put 25,000 to 30,000 miles a year on my vehicles & the service department has treated me excellent. The only problem I had was getting them to try something out with a radio before shipping mine out. They also sell & service a good share of Ram Diesels as well.
