Bad experience! We bought our new Durango from C. R. Moore. While on the test drive a rock cracked the windshield. We were told that the damage would be repaired. After we signed the papers the salesman suggested that we turn the chipped windshield into our personal insurance, because"insurance companies like to repair this kind of damage because the windshield is not cracked and the repair would be cheap." We finally got the dealership to repair the chipped windshield, but they would never repair the paint where the rock bounced off of the hood. The salesman suggested that I go to my local dealership and order some touch up paint because paint is cheap. I will never go back to C. R. Moore.

Drove to Vinita from Tulsa to avoid the high pressure sales games used at the Tulsa dealerships. a wasted trip in my opinion.

they wrecked my truck and then did a bad job fixing it. but at first wouldn't admit to wrecking it.

Absolutely the best sales and service I have ever received !!! Great dealership and great salesmen (Lee Binns). He was very helpful and understanding.
