Sales=Poor, Service=Don't Know, Parts=Don't Know, bought there=No, scv_there=Yes, Buy_DaimlerChrysler_again=Maybe,
I sat there almost all day while the credit manager and salesman told me what a terrible time they had getting me financed, finally I was told my payments would be 500 a month for 66 months for a 22,000 Dakota. I went to Chevy the next day and was told me credit was ok, no reason why I should be stuck with such a high interest rate. Nonetheless I am driving my new Canyon quad cab the following day from Chevy !!!!!!!

Bought three trucks, sales dept is very shady, you must have an ideal and price in mind ck around and then offer them $1500.00 less they will work it down but watch out for interest rates. 1st visit service was excellent they sent some one to my job and pick up the truck repaired it sent it back to me. 2nd visit parts were not in stock but they sent a driver 45 miles to get parts and changed my oil and filter for free due to the hour late from promised time. 3rd visit went in for maintenance trans flush and differential service was given free road side assistance and two year extended warranty on trans and diff (i do have 7\70 but they said it would pay for the $100 deduct). Service department was the only reason I bought my 3 trucks there.
Best service department any where.

I went to Carter County Dodge around October of 2003 to look at used cars. I seen a car that I liked so we began the paper work. The signal lights on the car which was a 1998 Pontiac Grand Am GT did not work though. I was told no problem we will repair the signal lights for you and I was given a Dodge Neon as a loaner car till the signal lights were repaired. A week went by and I received a call that the car was ready. I went back to Ardmore and everything seemed fine at first. I drove the car up to the first red light and was almost hit from behind due to the signal lights quit working. I went back to the dealership right away and the salesman told me that I really did not need signal lights. He said that the signal lights on his truck work but he does not use them. I requested to get a different salesman and car. I also requested to speak with the manager/owner of this dealership. I have a small child that rides in the back seat of the car and the salesman knew that how dare him tell me that I do not need signal lights anyway. Just because he wants to break the law does not mean that I want to. I also made the manager/owner aware that in Oklahoma if you get rear ended and it is because the signal lights do not work it is your fault not the person who hits you.
Please print this. I want others to be aware of what Carter County Dodge does to people.
The replacement car that the owner/manager agreed to give me is a 2003 Dodge Neon. Its ok put it is a far cry from a Pontiac Grand Am GT.
