I would never buy from Yates, have anything serviced or deal with them at all. Ever. They replaced an engine in my Jeep, which they said was defective (Chrysler paid for it) and it never ran correctly. They kept saying it just needed an adjustment so they kept it a week the first time - did not improve. Second time, they kept it two weeks. I finally went out and asked for it to be returned and they said, ok, that will be $45! For what I asked? For servicing it, they replied. Excuse me? It was their suggestion it be adjusted by them since they replaced engine. In addition, I caught them driving it to another town while in their "service" department. Avoid like the plague!

I am looking for the website for Darrell Yates Auto Mall in Tahlequah, OK. (the Darrell Yates website) I would like to look at the minivans they have available. A friend of mine bought there and had a horrible experience. I bought there in 1996. Had to go back several times to get little simple things fixed, some which were never fixed. A real pain in the butt, all the trips I had to make out there. But I would consider buying there again, IF the price was right and if the service dept. has improved.
