When we went to the dealer we told them we wanted to purchase 2 vehicle`s and
we wanted 1 note and 1 payment, that was agreed on by the finance man, we found
the cars we wanted and started the agreement, the agreement was to be one note,
no down payment and $650.00 a month is what we wanted to pay, we took the cars
home thinking we had made a very good deal, the next day I was called by the
finance man(Richard Nixon)yes, that's correct. he then told me we could not
be financed under 1 note, and Chrysler WOULD NOT finance 2 vehicles for me,
they would only finance 1 vehicle with $1000.00 cash down plus my trade in,
a 1996 Ford Contour, and my interest rate went from 6.9 to 9.9 with the second
car being financed through another company, also changing my interest rate,
the 2nd company who financed the car drug their feet and kept calling back needing
additional information, this went on for approx. 3 1/2 weeks, until I ask to
be financed with someone else, never did, ! they finally agreed to finance me.
I traded 2 vehicles in, 1 I owed less than $2000.00 the other was clear, to
date the car I traded has NOT been paid off, and the payment for that car was
set up on automatic withdrawal from my account, a payment was deducted from
my account on 7/17/04, and that car has been at David Stanley Dodge since 6/19/04,
I have spoke to several different people including the Manager( Dave Rankin)
of that facility, who keep telling me they will take care of everything and
make me a happy customer, to date that has not happened, I am happy with the
vehicles I purchased, but am NOT happy with the way I was taken care of by the
management, I have been lied to over and over and I am still waiting to get
my car paid off, and to be reimbursed for the payment from my account that was
deducted, which I'm sure I will never receive. I will tell everyone I know NOT
to purchase a car from David Stanley, of Yukon, Oklahoma Sincerely, Pam Logan
