Most recently bought new 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee and 2004 Dodge Neon. Cherokee
we discovered had hail damage on top that was not disclosed at time of purchase.
When inquired with dealership they continually told me they would check in to
it and get back to me. They never did. I had to keep calling back. The sales
person told me on one occasion they usually don't fix hail damage on the top
of SUV's or tell the customer about any damage there because most people won't
notice it. They still have made no efforts to resolve this issue. About 2 months
after purchasing the Neon we began to notice a strong vibration in the steering
wheel and fuel mileage was 19 mpg. After flashing the computer twice we now
get 22 a far cry from the 28 - 30 city we were told by the sales person. Each
time we took the car in they told us it did not give any error codes on the
computer. When I asked the last time if they had any qualified mechanics that
could service the vehicle without reading a computer screen The sales manager
told me the tech that worked on my car had 21 years experience. It just so happened
I know the tech that worked on my car and he just completed his vocational training
and only recently turned 21. So far the sales people lie and the service people
lie. On our first purchase 2 years ago with a Jeep Liberty the finance person
changed the agreed to price by $2000 which I did not catch until everything
was already signed and done. At this point I will never purchase another vehicle
from this dealership and will never again by a jeep, dodge, or chrysler product
either. I also discourage all my family and friends from buying. I personally
purchase on average a vehicle every year and sometimes more. Many of my friends
and family also buy as frequently. This dealership has lost a considerable amount
of business due to poor customer service and lost several customers to Dodge,
Chrysler, and Jeep products for the future.
