i bought a ram 1500 truck with regular cab with cruise, am/fm - cd, 17in tires, v-6, carpet, and step rail. the sticker was 23,000, but after i got home and looked over my papers i was charged 34,554, 2,000 for an extended warranty which only costs 995.00; was charged for some sort of insurance which i did not elect and told them so and was charged 2,510.00 for tinted windows and half of a sprayed on bedliner. i put down 9,100.00. total amount financed was 41,497.08 for a basically stripped truck at 4.99% interest. GO FIGURE -These guys are crooks and should go to jail. I am returning the truck within 72 hours and will face them off in court....like it or not!

Here is a copy of an email sent to Jim Glover OKC:
I wanted to advise you of my customer experience at your one of your dealerships located at 4025 North May Avenue, OKC OK. First let me tell you that my husband and I are repeat customers to this Dodge location (it was Dodgetown when we purchased our truck), but first time customers to your dealership as purchasers. We have used your service department and have had a very pleasurable customer experience.
On Saturday April 10, 2004 my husband stop at this location and came home with a New Dodge Truck. The truck was lovely but not particular for our needs, we already own a 1999 Dodge Truck. The truck was returned on Monday and we advised the sales person that we would return at the end of the week to look at SUV's which we did. We were greeted by enthusiastic salespeople all wanting to provide help to us. I like this not having to look for someone to assist you. We test drove a vehicle 2004 Dodge Durango with Hemi. I loved the vehicle didn't need to test drive anything else. We were asked about financing and I asked about Chrysler Financing and was told it would be best if we went through our bank. I really was not given a reason as to why it was best. Monday morning I took the deal to my bank and was given an interest rate of 12% and they asked for a down payment of 20%. So, I contacted Brian Pritchard and advised of the situation. Brian seemed happy to hear from me until I explained the situation and asked if he could try to secure financing for us through the lenders he worked with. Brain stated he would call me back later and ended the call, without goodbye. I waited until the end of the day and contacted Brian back and was told he was talking with his wife and was unavailable. I called back and was told he didn't have anything yet that he dealt with over 30 lenders and it would take longer than Weokie and he would contact me back on Tuesday. I did not receive a call from Brain on Tuesday before noon, so I contacted him after noon and was told he was still working on it; again he ended the call without a goodbye. I had no contact at all with Brian on Wednesday; I did not want him to feel I was bothering him. Today Thursday, I contacted Brain and was told he didn't get us any financing to bring the vehicle back, which I did. At approximately 12:45 I arrived at your dealership, I was greeted promptly by the salesmen. Once I entered the showroom, I was asked by someone who told me he was one of the owners on Friday, if my Blazer was red, he walked out the door. Brain walked up asked me if someone went to get my car, I responded yes, he walked out of the door. The first person came back with my key and asked if I got hail damage on the Dodge, which I explained I was in the area were the hail happened on last evening. That was it; I was given my key told my car would be pulled up and left in the parking lot.
I guess I said all of this to say that I feel I was treated very unfairly when the completing of the deal required some work on you employee's part. The only contact I received was contact that I made to your employees.
I never told Brian that I would not deal with Weokie, nor did he ask if I wanted to put any money down on the vehicle. He never asked me another question. I guess he assumed we were a lost case and I don't feel he put any effort into trying to work this deal out for us. I really would like to know how many companies he tried to get us processed through. I did feel that the interest rate and the 20% down were high that Weokie offered us. We were never asked or given any other options by Brian.
Maybe this is how Jim Glover handles their customers. I want you to know that I felt I was treated very rudely and not wanted as a customer. We are loyal Dodge Customers and I know we would have returned to your dealership regardless to this deal going through or not, if I had been treated with a little common courtesy.
I don't expect to receive a response; however I will include my email phone numbers and home address.

They are the worse salespeople that i have ever dealt with. They are rude, intimidating, and worst of all liars!!!!
We signed papers at an agreed interest rate and were called back to sign new papers with the interest rate approved at almost 3% higher. Brian (manager) is overpowering when trying to make a deal and will not return phone calls after a deal is final. Joshua (salesman) has no clue about gas mileage, etc. But will tell you what he thinks that you want to hear to make a sale. We made a big mistake by getting involved with this dealership. Do not take for granted that they are reputable!

We bought a used Chevy 1500 there, and was charged a fee for etched security windows. When I got to looking there was no etched windows. I called Jim Glover and spoke to the service department and they told me without a doubt that there was etched windows on my truck. So I looked again. NO ETCHED WINDOWS. So I called and asked if they were invisible, the Service Department said yes, they were invisible, in a smart ass way. The truck was never done. Second, WE OWE SLIP!! They owed two things on this, new tires, and a detail. Took me almost 30 days to get new tires, and I never did get that detail. I would avoid Jim Glover Dodge like the Black Plague no doubt.

I went to Jim Glover Dodge to buy a new Van. After one hour and 3 different sales people, I could not get the price of the van I was interested in. After they sent the third sales person in to get the same information the other two sales people had already been given. I was so frustrated I told my wife and children that I had had with this place let's go.
The Manager followed me out to my car ranting about not treating his sales staff respect. I told him he and his sales staff need training in customer respect. He said to me "get off my lot I don't need to sale you a care I have plenty of money".

Avoid this dealership at all costs!!! My hubby is active duty military... We purchased a 2003 dodge Dakota quad cab... The sales people are rude and dishonest after the sale. Management is incompetent. They lied to us they told us that tax title and license was included in the vehicle purchase when I asked where it was before my husband signed the papers price because we was not going to purchase the vehicle without it being included... They neglected to give us a copy of the paper work after which they called us back 2 days later and made us re-sign papers that was supposed to be identical we had a higher interest rate.. And now we have to come up with 1,000 out of pocket expense because these people lied. They do not care about their consumer they only care about the money going into their wallets. This is the most dishonest car dealership we have ever encountered and I highly discourage any business with these hell forsaken people. Dishonest ! Rude! Poor excuses for Americans. I don’t know how they sleep at night screwing people around like they do. Do not deal with Jim Glover Dodge ~ they are all inconsiderate morons looking to make a buck at the cost of others. This dealership sucks!

Sales=Avoid, Service=Avoid,
Service lied to me twice. Never received my title or payment booklet from finance. I was lied to constantly about the reasons. I am now in tax penalty over time. Still do not have a title, payment book or bill from the finance or lien company and am 2 days past due on the first payment. The tax commission says their is still a previous lien on the truck from the previous owner and they shouldn't have even sold the truck. The finance department has lied to me and the switch board has cussed me out. They are now stone walling, "Nobody wants to fix the problem". They have made me mad and now are blaming me for being hot and refuse to talk to me! Management at this company has no control over their employees. Very poor service after the sale.

They Changed the interest rate on us, also did not disclose it had rock chips and hail damage We bought it after dark, They lied to our faces when confronting them about it more than once, Cussed me out, and this was the sales manager.
Needs a whole new paint job it has very little paint on the topside of the bed. I did not buy a new truck to have to have body work done to it. Please avoid this dealer at all cost, I have never been treated so badly, they won't even try to rectify the problems
