Went to purchase a new 2006 1-ton dually and was told that my trade in would
be enough, went to close deal and was told that they would need another 3 or
4 thousand dollars in addition to my trade-in.

Sales=Don't Know, Service=Poor, bought there=No, scv_there=Yes,
Service department doesn't listen to the customer. I brought my 97 Cummins in
for a 75,000 mile service and told them what I wanted done. They did a couple
more things and tried to charge me for them. Additionally, I found what appeared
to be tobacco spit on my door when I picked the truck up. This is a far cry
from the service department at the dealership I bought my Ram from. They used
to wash my truck on Saturdays and if my truck was going to be in service for
more than an hour, they'd loan me a car for the time it was in their shop.
Both of these dealerships are rated "5-Star." What kind of service
(or lack thereof) does it take to be less than that? If you're going to call
a dealership "5-Star," it should stand out from the rest, shouldn't
it???
