I took my 2002 Neon in for 3 fixes which I not only told over the phone but wrote down on paper exactly what they were and they only got one right. My main trouble was one of the keys would not start the car intermittently their fix was to reprogram the door locks. I also had a noise coming from the rear speakers only on start up and it only has happened about 4 times so I suggested the radio amp as the problem. Their fix was so adjust a rear deck body molding. The last issue was squeaky rear brakes and they did spray cleaner on them so I believe that will help. Please remember I wrote all this down on paper and concerning the most important issues was a NO START condition I even called in a second time to explain to the service department but I never imagined getting my remote door locks reprogrammed as a solution. I think if there is such a thing as a Hall of Fame for getting the wrong thing fixed this could at least be entered in. In two of the three fixes I was not listened to and I was treated as if I didn't own the car and label as one of those customers who does have a clue as to what they are saying.
