Purchased a 2003 dodge 1500 with a 4.7. The truck was purchased at night due
to my work. The truck when purchased had tail lights that did not work so the
first 3 days the truck was in the shop being repaired. Due to my ignorance I
paid way above what a new 2006 of the same model would have cost me. Now I am
stuck with a truck that was wrecked, a 2003 $21.000 truck with 34.500 miles
when purchased. A new 2006 of the same would have cost me $18.800. They did
however improve my credit score. Would I ever buy another truck from them? NO
WAY! this place is a money pit. If they would have given me a fair price on
the truck it would be different. But to charge way more than a new 2006 truck
cost for a wrecked 2003 is bad management. do not purchase at lynn hickey in

Our own ignorance and naivety allowed us to spend way above the market for a
2002 Diamante Mitsubishi. A nice car, but we discovered too late that the price
we paid was out of the ball park. The sales presentation was not correct and
we fell for it. Don't go there!

My husband and i wanted to purchase a 2003 eclipse, but were "upside down"
on our trade in, a 2000 honda crv. The salesman then refer us to a company he
claimed they send a lot of customers like us to called U.S Auto Management of
Tulsa where they find so called qualified people who take over payments on your
vehicle and its supposedly a win-win situation because if that person misses
a payment, U.S. auto mgt makes the payment until they find another qualified
leasee. Sounded great, bought the new eclipse and took our honda to this company
and within the month they leased it out. The woman made the payments for about
10 months then stopped, i called U.S. auto, they went out of business and my
honda is somewhere out there and now i am being sued by the finance comp i still
owe for the honda! I turned it in stolen but the tulsa police said it is considered
a civil matter since i did sign a contract to lease out the car, but the police
did tell me i am not the only one who was defrauded by this U.S. auto Management.
When i tried calling lynn hickey to complain to them why are they sending innocent
customers to such a scam. i never get a return call, why should they care- they
made money from the eclipse we bought, in which it was repoed because we could
not afford to pay the 695.00 payment plus the 495.00 a month we tried to pay
on the honda to save our credit. We filed bankruptcy, but may now still be sued
on the honda by nuvell credit because they cannot find the honda anywhere so
they can auction if off, so since we don't have it to return, we are still responsible
to pay for it when this woman is driving it out there somewhere for free! The
sales man also lied when we purchased the eclipse. We were getting the 6 month
no payment option, but decided $695 a month was way toooo much, but he said
not to worry, that my husband and i could go to lending tree a month before
our 1st pymt and refinance it a better payment, i questioned our credit! was
bad though, but he convinced us to go for the plan because we wouldn't have
to make a car payment for 6 months and get a cheaper deal by then anyway-BIG
LIE- I did just that and was turned down by every loan company on lending tree.com,
so by the end of 5 months we are now stuck with this huge pymt, which we would
of tried to swing it until we had to pay for the honda we no longer had possession
of.

Was looking for a 2004 chrysler concorde. the salesman did not know what they
were asking for 2 cars i was interested in and did not attempt to get them when
i went to leave was argumentative about not having the cars priced yet, but
still did not attempt to get a price. but instead even got in my face while
trying to justify his actions. had to threaten him to back him up. when i talked
to the sales manager got pretty much the same attitude. could not even get a
word with lynn hickey.

Sales=Avoid, Service=Don't Know,
We went to look and had paper signed and keys in our hands before we knew what
hit us. The salesman told us the Galant we bought came with a regular sized
tire for a spare. That was a lie, just a donut. He also told the leather seats
had heaters in the seat. Another lie. No one put a gun to our heads when we
signed the papers. Somehow my husband and I missed the part that we owed a balloon
payment of 10,000 at the end of the loan. My brother told me. Ha. When I had
severe health problems and almost died, I was in the hospital for almost a month.
We got behind on the car payments and decided to give the car back. Stupid us!
I called the Mitusbishi Credit Co. and talked with a rep. They told me to turn
the care in and it would be easier on me. They got the car. About 4 months later,
I received a bill for $12,833.78. About half the price of what we were paying
for the car. This was a 2002 Galant with around 6,000 miles on it. I could imagine
that I might owe a couple of thousand but half the value of the care. If I couldn't
afford to pay for it and voluntarily gave it up, how in the heck can they expect
me to pay for I car I don't even own! It's a gimmick and they don't a damn about
their customers. I feel stupid for being so gullible. Avoid Lynn Hickey, he's
a sickey.
