Sales=Avoid, Service=Don't Know,
If you enjoy being insulted about the condition of your trade-in vehicle, a
smart-alec sales manager that dresses like it's still the 70's disco-era (yes,
GOLD CHAINS and all!), and just plain rude behavior, then this is the dealership
for you! Evidently, the name of their game is push volume, not courtesy or knowledge.
They must surmise that for every "fool" they don't close a sale on, there'll
be several more fools that will enjoy being humiliated. Well, sales are still
generated by word of mouth, and like so many other situations, they'll be the
1st place we'll tell people NOT to go to.
Yeah, we bought the vehicle we wanted, brand new, added several options- from
a major competitor here in town. And guess what- had a great sales gentleman-
great finance gentleman, and sales manager even thanked us as we left. Go to
Don Carlton dealerships where they've figured out See Marvin for courteous help.
He knows insults and crass behavior don't move cars. Knowledge, courtesy, and
a starched shirt will.
