Lot price increased-ext. warranty added w/o explanation-GAP added w/o explanation-$499.00
charge added w/o explanation--Mileage dishonestly represented to finance company-ridiculous
trade-in price on contract-have never received title or payment book and its
been 7 weeks.
This vehicle "powerbooked" for financing-dishonest mileage reported
to finance company-lot price increased from 24,000 to 30,995-ext.warranty and
GAP ins. added w/o explanation and absolutely NO cooperation to help consumer
after 30 days and NO RECEIPT of Title or payment book. SORRY DEALER!!!!!!!!!!!!!CROOKS
but will answer to attorney frothing at bit to acquire this case!!!!

We purchased a truck from Keith Tew October 2003. Both Keith and Kai Hampton,
financial Mgr told us we were getting a great deal. Little did we know until
July 2006 we called to get the payoff on our truck we only owed approximately
one more year, and what a shock when we found out we still owed over $15,000.
They lied and hide information from us. On July 19, we took our paper work to
the dealership and spoke to Dallas Metcalf, Finance Director he said he would
have one of the owners Dirk Cadron, Johnny Ragsdale & or Rick Elliott contact
us, well here it is July 20th and we still haven't heard from any one of them.
If anyone has ever had this problem with them would you please contact me at

I have bought two vehicles from this dealership. My first experience was in
2002. At that time I did not receive any problems. When I returned in 02/05
it was a totally different story. My husband and I were treated well by the
first salesman, Snag. We were promised a certain price and when we returned
to sign the papers the price had changed. At that time, we were dealing with
Keith Tew. Mr. Tew treated us like we were common criminals. He acted as if
we were dirt. When we said we would not buy the vehicle and wanted to know where
our car was he replied with attitude stating, "I don't know." I will
never do business with this dealership again. I will also inform anyone and
everyone I know wanting to buy a new vehicle to never go to Mayes County Chrysler
because they are liars, rude, and snakes. They are not to be trusted.

They did a great job helping me find the right vehicle even thought they had
to go to another state to get it. I've had my vehicle service their and everyone
is friendly and helpful.

Let's put it this way, I'm upside down by $12,000 on a $36,000 truck that I've
only had since June.

I went to this dealership because of an advertisement = (new 2003 Ram 3500 SLT
Quad cab Hemi for $21,995) when I got to the dealership and told the salesman
of the ad and I wanted to pay cash. He said they were all out of those trucks.
I asked about the other 1 ton trucks in the advertisement, and it just so happens
they were sold out of every truck in their ad. but he could get me into a striped
down 1/2 ton truck at that price. what a flippin joke. The dealer has over 50
1 ton trucks sitting on their lot but they are sold out of the ones on the ad.
If you have a day that you want to completely piss away then visit this dealer.
otherwise I advise you to stay clear of this place.
I would rather massage my mother-in-laws corns, than visit this dealership again.

these people are the plague of the earth and do not even need to be salesmen
they need to be working for the devil as much as they lie and switch the truth
signed a contract for a deal and received a call i had to come and sign another
different contract tell you things that will never be done or that it will be
sent in the mail chance prices lie about the year of the car totally dishonest
and a disgrace to do business with will try to stop anyone from doing any dealings
with them i say to avoid them at all costs. do not deal with them you will pay
the price.

I was lied to by Kai Hampton (Finance Manager) I was lied to by salesman (don't
remember his name) I was lied to by everyone there. They lied about $$ they
lied about fin. % they lied about every FU#@!NG thing!!!! STAY AWAY!!!
The truck is great but the dealership blows goats!

The sales staff sucks. They tell you one price and that's what you think you
settle on, next thing you know they stick the price of your trade on top of
that price. Then they push the paper work on you so fast you won't catch it.
When you do catch it all they can tell you is you signed a contract and turn
red in the face. The man is so guilty he can't even look you in the face. I
bought a new truck and they sold as used. They gave me 430.00 dollars for my
trade. I will do what I can too keep people from buying from them. So far I
have kept 5 people from buying from them.

Their sales tactics are sub-par! If they cannot get you on the price of the
vehicle they will get you on paperwork fees! They will not match any price and
will lie to get you into a vehicle with financing options, that sound good but
are a complete rippoff!!!! Don't purchase anything from them unless you have
money to waste!!!!!.

everyone is so nice and helpful, the service dep. got me on my way as soon as
they could and did an awesome job... but the detail was what I was most impressed
with, there was only one kid back there but it was the best detail job I've
ever seen in my life.

They were absolute liars. Wanted to give me $200.00 for a 97 extended cab Dakota
and told me that they were really gonna lose their butts on 200. YEAH RIGHT
is was loaded and nice. They wanted 8,000 more for a used vehicle than it was
worth. Would not tell prices upfront.

The sales staff was nothing but a bunch of idiots who didn't know their own
head from a hole in the ground. They are liars and do not know how to treat
a customer after the sale and the customer has a problem. Avoid them like they
are worse than the plague, anthrax, whatever!!!!!!!!!
