Sales=Don't Know, Service=Avoid,
Looked at a truck to buy and was out and out lied to by salesman, I had already researched options, price, etc, Sales man told me some options were not available to the truck I wanted. Service department sucks big time. Have had 2 Dodge cars serviced there several years apart. The first time, they did not replace all the hoses in the right places and did not replace several bolts. The second time, I took my car in only for diagnostics ($35), they "broke" a part and it ended up costing me $300, and again, they did not replace the bolts/screws that hold the belt covers in place, didn't replace the bolts that hold the radiator in place ( I do know they were there when I took the car in). Also, you have to sign for your car before they return it to you, the paper states everything was fixed and the car is in acceptable condition. I found out 2 blocks away that everything was NOT acceptable, and returned to them, they said basically, "too bad" I had "accepted" the car by signing for it. They really SUCK.
