Buyer beware!!!!! I bought a 2004 dodge 2500 4x4 from Melton Sales in Claremore
for $26000. When I returned eight months later, thinking I would be treated
better being a loyal customer and all, I was shocked when I was told my vehicle
(in their opinion) was only worth $17000, even though the blue book value on
this vehicle is $24000 according to kbb. I strongly recommend that anyone thinking
of buying a dodge pickup, to think twice!, Because apparently dodge vehicles
do not retain their value!!!!!

You go out to the lot and no one tracks you down, if you want a salesman you
have to go inside and find one, I It was nice to have the prices posted on the
windows. They have gone out of their way to keep me happy.
The service has been quick and done well I don't know what else you can ask
for

Ordered new Durango in 20 minutes and absolutely no games with sales staff.
Wonderful experience - I highly recommend. Hands down the most reliable and
best made American vehicle I've owned.

I bought a 2001 good price, But let me warn you they are jerks. They will lie
to you and rip you off. I took me truck in 2 weeks after I bought it and told
them it pulls and wanders bad. The checked it out and said it was the tires
and there is nothing they can do. Told me to find a Michelin Dealer. Well I
had to drive 60 miles one way to a tire dealer and they check the tires and
said it was the truck. I took it back and they adjusted the steering box, 2
days later I picked it up. When I got on the interstate at 65mph it was going
from white line to white line. I pulled it off the road and got my tools out
and loosed the steering up a little so I could get it home, They had tighten
it so much that any wheel movement would send the truck out of control. Then
the clear coat started coming off they did a bad job trying to fix that. I had
my truck in there about 10 times and I gave up. I started doing my own maintenance.
Better watch then on oil changes, they done fill the! new filter, and they don't
lube front ball joints,and they get the oil out of a drum it might be recycled.
I watched a oil change and when I told them about the not prefilling the filter
and not greasing the front end they basically called me a lair. They only want
to make the sale......I wouldn't let them work on my weedeater... They will
lie to you.... THEY SUCK !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I purchase a new 2001 4x4 24v,loaded 2500,1 year ago. I have had steering problems,
paint problems, electrical problems, etc. I keep getting the run around I take
it in and leave it and I get it back not fixed. I was also letting them service
it and I notice when they change the oil they would not prefill the filter and
would not lube the ball joints etc. I asked them about this and they lied to
my face this is after I watched them do the work. The steering was worst when
I got it back, what they did to fix the problem was to loosen the steering box
I had to pull off the road and tighten it so I could drive it home. It was all
over the road. I had a rattle also and they said it was my nerf bars will I
found the noise it was the air box wasn't put together correctly after they
service it. I can go on there is more. Brakes have problems,oil pressure problems
etc. I would not purchase there again, this is my first purchase from them but
have bought 4 trucks from a different dealer and didn't have this kind of problems.

Easiest Sale outside of WalMart. You can make the whole deal by phone and just
go in and sign the papers. I made the mistake of not researching the radio cd
player and found while talking to Mike Keller that it did not include a cassette
player. Even though the service dept. is not open Saturday, Mike found a way
to get the unit switched and credited the price difference on the spot. I was
still out in under two hours even with a thorough inspection. Great deal, Great
people.

This is the second truck I have bought from Melton Sales. There is no haggling
and they beat everyone's price by a longshot. I dealt with Robert Melton Jr.
and the service is always great. If you are looking for a new Dodge or Chrysler
product I highly recommend these guys. I don't think you'll find a better place
to deal with.

Unbelievable pricing, $275 under INVOICE! They beat Mark Roberts by
almost $300, and no dealer in my area came within $1500! My plane ticket
was $200, so I saved a bundle. They had the truck coming in that was perfect.
They order'em right!! The owner's son wasn't stuck up, and took great care of
me. I doubt there is a dealer in the country that will match these guys
on the "first" price, believe me I talked to over 30.
