Bought a used Jeep Grand Cherokee LTD from this dealer...no problem...satisfied with the experience...problem was when I accidentally backed-up and cracked my rear bumper. Went to Buster's Chrysler in Kitcher who use a third party to "fix" their product. This particular garage actually "cut" out a 4" x 6" piece of the bumper with a jig saw to match bumper...and said it would cost $1000.00 to repair and re-paint. Not being satisfied, went to another Chrysler dealer in Kitchener who said, "you bought from Busters" didn't you? He was not surprised..technician said the work could have been done for a "couple" hundred dollars. Went back to Buster's who refused any responsibility at all, even if it's them sending their customers over there...even a 50/50 compromise or no labour to change bumper would have been acceptable to me..but NOT accepting any responsibility to me, it's simply not acceptable!!!
