leased a vehicle from them and bought an extended warranty. The transmission went and all they did was pass us on to different companies and would not validate the warranty. Very poor CR after buying or leasing. It like you no longer matter once all the paperwork is signed.

On this webpage, you will find quite a sour review of our dealership (Note: this was next survey below). Interestingly enough, we don't have a Gary, and we are not located in Molson Park (close mind you)... a dealership that is located in Molson Park is Barrie Ford though, and they have a salesperson named Gary Little... I was hoping that you could remove it due to its lack of accuracy.

Note that there is a Barrie Ford nearby in Molson Park. Make sure that your submission does not confuse the two dealerships.
