Sales was pathetic, I could not believe that there were still slimy salespersons out there. Specifically one who was making comments in poor taste in relation to women (Is that even allowed anymore?) Telling me where to plug in my curling iron and where the mirror was. Obviously, he didn't know me too well or understand the undisputed fact that women possess more buying power than men in today's market place. I have since swayed others from buying cars from this gentleman specifically.
On another occasion, we went in to get our car serviced (just a quick oil change) and we were looking around at other models and he joined us and his female jokes started again. Please note, when I first met the sales person I let a few jokes fly just ignoring them - no big deal, but as they
continued, I said I really don't appreciate your jokes, please stop and he kept going!! Poor taste and lip control costs in sales buddy, I was extremely offended by the time we left! We love our 2007 Caliber but we will be purchasing a Jeep Patriot in the next year and I will not be dealing with this salesman again.

Terrible service. Had a mechanic (dressed like a complete slob, mohawk and all) leave oil all over my brand new car's seats, not once but twice. Unfortunately, that was just the tip of the iceberg. Have since found another dealership.
