After Brampton Chrysler refused to service my Liberty, Georgetown Chrysler welcomed me with open arms, well that stopped pretty quickly, when after 6 trips they couldn't fix the problem, they told me to get lost. Margaret Spence says you gotta go to your selling dealer; they make up rules as they go. I couldn't, but that's all moot now, as DC bought the Liberty back. Oil change? wiper replacement? they're probably ok, but don't take a car to them with a problem.

Georgetown prides itself on customer service, all staff know the product line. They're very helpful & will go that extra mile to keep you happy. The service dept. is one of the best I've ever come across & over the years I've seen my fair share at different dealerships. Kuddos to G-town !!!!
