Sales department is very good (however the parts department lacks a lot the two girls behind the counter are unreliable) I once waited one month of some Mopar accessories that I ordered from Deirdre Prouse, because she forgot to order them.
And I found that the one service guy Joel left my truck a mess and smelling like smoke I will never for service or parts again.

I just purchased a brand new dodge 3500 ram (3 Weeks ago) which is used for work purposes as well as personal uses. It stranded me on the side of the road at 1 am in a snow storm. Stuff happens, but, the dealership I purchased it from (Glassfords) did nothing for me the next day. They requested it be towed in and they would look at it on Monday as it was the weekend. They were not able to provide me with any type of vehicle especially another work truck as I lost two jobs on the Saturday because of this breakdown. They left on my answering machine to call a rental company and try to get something else although that would come out of my own pocket. I did not get it towed there but went to another close dealership called Dempsey chrysler and they rectified the problem immediately with courtesy and professionalism. I did not get a call yet from Glassfords asking the outcome or providing an apology.
