Already made a complaint not satisfied with results never going to buy a chrysler product again and all my friends and family no how the main office handles problems. Head office could have checked to see if sheldon cashed my check for 1940.75 cair#13756416 2001 durango got ripped off for my warranty. Went in for service got refused they told me at sheldon that the money would be returned to my loan and never happened.
