Avoid. On my 2004 4x4 truck, for an OLF, they put not enough oil in. 2ltr's
short and did not replace the oil filter, the Canadian Tire oil filter was still
on. They also damaged the undercarriage with their hoist. It was so obvious.
I brought it in for another OLF, rotate the tires and check the breaks. I previously
marked the wheels with a red crayon to see if they would do it correctly, and
to flush the break lines and put new break fluid in. They wrecked everything.
Again, no new oil filter, I watched the tech drop both my front rotors on the
ground from 5 feet in the air. They said I need new rotors as they are out of
round. Again 2 ltr"s low on oil, tires were not rotated they were put back
on in the same order. Plus they stripped 3 break fluid nipples and now my peddle
is spongy and leaking fluid. They apologized, but accidents can happen and they
are in no responsible (check your work order ) I had to pay to get everything
fixed there as it would not drive safely. Later on for a Transmission oil and
filter change, it's leaking oil! I watched again as the very young teen pulled
the trans pan down while the front of the pan still was bolted ( now my flange
is bent and can not seal properly) They tried to correct the leaking 3 times,and
now the bolts are stripped. There is a lot more missforgivings as I'm held hostage,
they said DC is paying but sorry for the inconvenience. I can go on and on,
but writing this is not go for my high blood pressure as I am 76 years old,
Jan 18 1929. This will probably be my last vehicle, but I hope not as we purchase
a new one every 2.5 years to under 3 years.
it's amazing how these trucks drive very smooth like cars, and I feel safer.

Sales people are good but upper management tried to go back on the deal and
would definitely not deal with them again.

I didn't buy my car there, but when it came time to service it they were outstanding.
I live 50km away from peterborough and had no idea how I was going to get my
car there and myself home as the car was going to be there for a few days. When
I spoke with the service Dept. they told me not to worry they came to my home
town picked up my car, repaired it and brought it back to me no charge they
even filled my gas tank free of charge. Trust me they will be getting all of
my business from now on!!!!!!!!

Very unfriendly and seemed to be dishonest to myself and my wife. I will never
go back their for another thing. They treated us poorly and will never earn
us back. We have found other dealers in the Kawarthas who treat us like we are
someone.
