Sales: I purchased my 2001 Dodge Ram CTD new from this dealer in June of 2000. At the time this was one dealer who participated in the Amway Auto Network Program. I had been to another dealer previously who also honored this plan but got jerked around and went to Listowel instead. The salesman was upfront and honest, the only thing that ticked me was I had requested the seat covers not be installed. When I picked up the truck well............you guessed it and they charged me $60 for doing so. I saved a ton of money on the truck under this program and didn't have the nerve to put up a fuss. Hey what's $60 when you just dropped $41k?
Service: I have taken the truck back to the same dealer for replacement of the rear wheel brake cylinders. I do my own service and adjustments etc. and on both occasions noticed the cylinder leaking. I called them up and told them and booked the truck in for a specified time and waited for the repairs. They did not request to see the truck first before scheduling replacement as was the case when I took the truck to 2 other dealerships for replacement of dead lift pump and missing exhaust manifold bolt.
Based on my experience so far I would recommend them for sales and service.
