Crooks! I bought a new 2005 ram, they had the wrong name and address on the ownership and refused to fix it till I went to the MTO. Also I ordered running boards on my new ram and was charged $1129 and found out a week later that I could have bought the exact same boards at another chrysler dealership for $719.00 I wouldn't advise anyone to deal with these people

Four years ago I bought my truck from McLaughlin's. was my first new vehicle and they made it easy, they offered my best price, there was no goofing or messing around on prices. Service was a breeze, not that anything major has gone wrong with my truck as of yet (touch wood), I was always able to book time for service with ease, nine out of ten the next or same day. I have nothing but good things to say about these guys. Keep up the good work.
Yes there has been a few problems with the truck, however all of them were minor and my dealership took care of me
