#1 We took our interpid there for service after an electrical problem, and the front end noise that all intrepids make(some linkage assembly thing). after they finally got our car into the shop, 1 and half hours after appointment time, they said what was wrong with our car and what they were going to replace. no problem there. They told us that they would need our car for couple of days and that they didn't have anything for my wife to drive home. i came down and how about that a dodge neon appeared out of the blue. When the car was ready i went in to pick it up and the bill was a lot higher than they said it would be. They said they found some other small things wrong with it and they fixed them for us. A couple of small thing that added up to more than $300.00. My wife told them that she didn't ask them to do this work and it was not on the work order. The service rep (a Girl) told us" if we didn't like it she could take the parts out and you can get your car towed someplace else". WOW That's the best service ever!!!!
#2 Now the sales. I had gone to centennial Chrysler to get my next car, i live in Orillia and stopped by to ask a question about the tires and a small bump on the side of the tires. I walked into the sales room and stood there for about a minute and a older sales man came over to me. I asked him if he knew anything about the jeeps tires i had on the cherokee. He asked me first where i had bought it, i told him in barrie. He promptly told me "that was the whole problem right there" he told me to go and get it checked out... For a place that "always cuts the mustard every time" They sure do cut something but customer service is not it! If for some reason you do end up in the service there get it in writing and make sure they don't charge you for anything more that what they say they are going to replace. ps good luck
It may not be the dealer fault i can understand that a few bad apples can spoil the whole bunch. from what i saw of the dealership clean and good prices on the cars and trucks. but i don't think i can ever buy from them.
