Poor and avoid like the plague...Bought a used truck. Was supposed to be ready one week later, drove 2 hours to get it and not even looked at. Called many times to sales rep, used manager, dealer principal..Got 2 calls back but not resolve. Arrangements made for work to be done until we showed up and nobody there, nothing ready. Go out of there way to not return calls, to avoid doing work as per contract. Probably the worst experience I have ever had in buying a vehicle. I like Dodge products but if this was my first experience with a Dodge Dealer it would definitely be my last.
If I do not receive 100% satisfaction today, while my husband is waiting I will be pursuing legal action against Menzies Chrysler. I would suggest that to keep your name as a reliable, dependable company that dealers such as Menzies be dealt with. I see on this site I am not the only one who has had issues with this dealership. I love my truck but not happy with the dealers. To bad that one bad dealer experience can almost ruin it

his dealer has no business ethics after they make their sale, I would not send a enemy to buy a vehicle from Menzies. I have had ongoing transmission problems which have been repeatedly repaired, the support from chrysler canada has been excellent through my experiences with this truck and I will buy another Dodge because or this.

This is by far the worst dealership ever, I have never been treated like dirt this badly in my life!! I'm 20yrs old but my passion is the jeep, i decided to bring the vehicle in for service because i was hearing a knocking from the rear end and could not find it. The told me it was the sway bar that needed to be replaced and a few other small things. there was also a recall on the parking break and it does not work as well as it used to anymore, and its december. The ran the vehicle into a wall and tried to hide it by backing it close to the wall when i came to pick it up at closing time at that! The work was over 6,000$ just for the work underneath. And its still not done!
