05experience=I bought a truck 2003 that was to be sold certified when I picked up the truck I noticed a bad vibration as well as paint scratched due to poor workmanship on the install of my hard cover I called the sales rep we took it for a test drive realized the rotors needed to be replaced and the tires were out of balance when I arrived a week later to drop of the truck they had no record of it .Once that was straightened out I suggested to the service rep that they re check the safety seeing how such a major part of the safety was missed he then instructed me he would not do so without proper instruction LOL wow he didn't see my point of view so I left that day and that afternoon received a call that they had to send the truck out to have the wheels balanced due to them not having the proper equipment and they touched up the paint with a touch up brush (looks bad)ok what ever its a 21744.00 truck but it's a truck with scratches so i dealt with it drove the truck for a week then drove to the city at 120km wow that shake that i had now was 10 worse so i called spoke to Jason he Instructed me that the wheels were balanced and his mechanics would not be able to road test it at 120 km I'm sick of this place

poor service my wife got a flat called roadside and tow truck could not fine wheel nut lock/key (it was in the glove box) so they towed it in and they (dealership) charged her to change the tire.

They lie about everything, Avoid this place. As U can see we desperately tried to deal with them for four Years. We had nothing but trouble. They are simply a dishonest shop and it's a real shame. We were literally driven away from after numerous deceptive dealings. I would only buy there if no other dealership had the used truck I wanted but I would never have my vehicle serviced there. thank U
