Also my worst experience ever. Told me my truck was done for and said that my front end "clunk" was caused by a vacuum problem, and that my 4X4 was trying to engage. They determined this in 15 minutes because they were closing very soon and did not have much time to look at my truck, BUT, I sat in the waiting room for 2 1/2 hours (with appointment at 5pm) before they took my truck in at about 7:30. I went for a 2nd opinion the next day at Mills and Hadwin in Toronto, and they took me in within an hour (without appointment) and they determined it was the transfer case. They replaced it and it worked fine after that. I would never go back to QEW I also reported the experience to Chrysler.
Dealership sucks don't go there, it may look good because it's big and appears as though they are a good dealership, but once you're there you will have nothing but problems

Service Dept. is super slow and the employees are always changing. Nobody ever seem to know what's going on. Problems almost never seem to be fixed right the first time. The parts dept. is filled with people who grunt when you ask them questions and don't seem to care about any ordinary person going in there for a part. Sales dept is awesome. They were very helpful. Bought 4 vehicles there. New vehicles are prepped excellent. Used vehicles seem to take a bit longer then then they say. Compared to other chrysler dealerships in the area, this is one of the better ones.

Excerpt from a complaint letter (opens in a new window as as text file): "This was the worst experience I have ever had to deal with in any purchase. At the time they suggested that I leave the truck there and that the work would be done but informed them that I was told it was ready and I had no other way to get home to Caledon and drove my truck home very upset and unsatisfied."
My reply back from the Owner was, that it was a mistake of mileage when purchased the vech. that the sales man John should of looked at it and put it in the contract. Mileage was put in there computer system on day of purchase. As well as the things that where to be done, where not listed in the contract so I have to deal with the sales department. Was not offered anything else from the owner. Customer service or care is not at this dealership.
Anyone who buys a vech. mark it down on the contract and put down a date for pick up and as well a what should be added on if date of pick up is delayed. I do understand that my date was put off due to the hydro outage of Ontario. But 4 days later nothing was done other than plate put on the truck. With out customers they are nothing, so they should understand that bad statements can hurt more than good deals.
