salesperson is a thief, very dishonest and irresponsible after the vehicle was sold.
sales manager is a jerk, paying no respect to himself and the customer after you bought the vehicle.
business manager was very helpful and responsible to me at least. he gave me helpful advices to servicing my vehicle and not the salesperson.
service dept deserves a good ratings on getting customer in and out in no time.
