I have dealt with this dealer for about 12 years, mostly with the service dept. Over the years i have found their service to be excellent, mostly because I developed a relationship with the service person over time. I have been through two of them, and have a lot of praise for both. The few times I dealt with an unknown person (usual person was on vacation etc.) I found the service to be average.
I purchased on car though them (Jeep cherokee) and was very satisfied with the car nd the service I received after the purchase. I am currently thinking about purchasing another vehicle from them, and would not consider going elsewhere -- because I'm very comfortable dealing with them.
I would highly recommend them.

I don't know what it is with this dealership but the service is really bad. The service department was not very friendly and not very efficient. I took my car in for service and had to bring it back because they didn't fix my car's problem properly. When I did bring it back, they gave me attitude as if it was my fault! I also dealt with the parts department and the staff there was just as useless. I asked one of the guys working there, I think his name was Jose who I think was also the manager, a question about a certain part. He, the manager, didn't know and had to ask one of the other guys working there who also didn't know. It was a basic question about a Chrysler part so it could not have been that difficult. I eventually went somewhere else and got better information and service. Also, whenever I called in to ask about my car, even the switchboard staff were so rude.
I hope someone at Chrysler Canada reads this and teaches these people some lessons in customer service and knowledge! I will never come to this dealership again. I have made it a point to tell everyone I know about this place and funny enough, some of my friends have used this place in the past and came across similar problems! In the 2 weeks I spent at this place, I was very disappointed. Don't waste your time or your money here.
