Over the past three years I spent over 100,00.00 dollars at dodge in Trenton
and I guess that was my own fault for getting sucked in by that crowd. The last
time I was there was in Aug. 03 and I mean that is the last time for me. My
wife and I bought a 2001 Grand Cherokee and when we went to pick it up they
only had one set of keys and so Mr. Young decided to look for that key but could
not find it anywhere. So he said that he would have one made up and it would
only take ten minutes and three hours later we were on our way. That's what
kind of service you get there after buying three vehicles there.Well I guess
that means I'll never buy another Dodge again. I would never go back there if
they were the only car lot in Ontario. I also wouldn't recommend them to my
worst enemy. This is just one example from that dealership, I have more poor
service and an even worst professional sales team.
Thanks again to Trenton Chrysler for giving me absolutely no customer satisfaction.

The new service manager that is now there since the spring is excellent to deal
with. Very honest and fair !!!!! Never go anywhere else for service on any of
my vehicles. Recommend service department to anyone in the area.

On the sales side of the house, I would highly recommend that the salesman I
bought my truck from do like all the other competent and dedicated staff did,
find another dealership to work for. I will NEVER even think about buying from
them again, and I WILL NEVER recommend them to anyone. Absolutely no follow
up care at all, after the papers were signed and I had some sales related problems,
I was routinely left waiting for answers, phone calls went unanswered and if/when
I went into the dealership I was left standing and waiting for extended periods
of time. The owner is the worst of them all, when I took my complaint to him
I was given a guarantee that he would look into my complaints personally and
get back to me within 24 hours, that was 3 months ago. The overall attitude
of the senior staff of this dealership is that "we have your money, now
go away."
On the service side of the house, I find that the exact opposite exists. As
it stands now, I could never put into words how I feel about the talent, professionalism,
and dedication of the service staff. In rapid secession I had 4 or 5 major mechanical
problems with my truck. Each and every visit to the service department was consistent.
I was treated well, promises made are promises kept, and the bottom line is
costumer satisfaction. Of course since recently the service manager and his
wife have left the dealership, I am uncertain about the new service manager,
time will tell.
Bottom line, if you’re thinking about buying from this dealership... DON'T
If your looking for a good reliable service department, then you have found
it.

Excellent service dept. Husband and wife team . Best service in the area. I
an on my fourth chrysler and plan on buying new this summer.
