After taking my vehicle there, I was told it was a minor transmission problem.
It has been 2 weeks now and my pick up is still on the hoist after they have
tried 2 attempts to fix it. They have let my spouse leave the garage with a
loaner vehicle that is not serviceable enough for the road. The windshield washer
doesn't work on it and it doesn't always start properly. Our pick up is steel
under the warranty I don't think it should be a hard decision to make. After
2 attempt change the entire tranny. My doubts are that they are just trying
to fix it to last until the warranty is over, so me the pore little customer
ends up paying after I paid 25,000$ 2 years ago for that 1999 Dodge Ram Laramie.

Note: serving presently in the Balkans, I don't think that my spouse and kids
should have to deal with that situation sir.
I just wish that instead of working around the problem they think it is. They
should change the transmission, it is still under the warranty and only have
72,000 km on. Don't give your customer a hard time they just wont go back for
a dodge. Because of that dealership I'm now loosing interest in it also as well
as my friends.
