Happily agreed to some minor body work (scratches/dents) before sale, but tune
TOTALLY changed after sale.
-Could not provide the vehicle history at purchase time, but assured that it
was NOT fleet. 60 Days later, still no history but finding evidence of fleet
use. (eg: aftermarket wiring harnesses etc)
-Vehicle had small but obvious under-hood fire. Dealer assured me (4 days after
sale) that they would take care of everything but they have since done absolutely
nothing.
-Vehicle was supposed to be cleaned before delivery. Upon delivery found NO
evidence of even as much as the windows cleaned.
The truck is alright, the dealer is not. fyi: they fly the 5star flags - but
apparently Chrysler yanked their 5star status due to (some very obvious) prerequisite
conditions not being met.

We did purchase a Dodge Ram 4x4 as listed on line. We had a relative go to look
at it for drive and condition. When we got there after driving two days the
truck that they offered us was not the one shown in the web picture. It was
not a 4x4. The manager kept us there all day arguing that the error was just
a typo, even though we had an offer to purchase that stated it was a 4x4. They
did not want to refund our deposit. The manager was abusive and finally threw
the refund slip and our credit card on the floor. We were shoved out of the
manager's door. We were not at all abusive but we did say words like false advertising.
We were put out. We traveled two days there and two days back, had the day there
wasted and we still don't have a truck that we need for moving. I think that
this dealership rates as avoid like the plague rating.
