I recently traded in my 2003 Ram Quad Cab 4x4 and purchased a new 2006 Ram Quad
Cab 4x4. Things have not changed since my last purchase in October of 2002.
This dealer is excellent and is one that anyone in the area should visit for
honest, up front people who go out of their way to look after you.

3 times in for same problem and never did get fixed there.
Lack of communication between service technicians, service manager and adviser.
Did not purchase my Cherokee at Wendell's and it was brought to my attention
by the service manager.
Mechanic could not fix the problem or just didn't want to put any effort.
Will never return to Wendell Motors. Beware guys it's your jobs on the line.

I did not purchase my 2002 Ram from them, back in Jan '02, but purchased it
from Wellington Motors in Guelph. Didn't have any real problems with Wellington
Motors until most recently. I took my truck in a month ago for the recall on
the mirrors and the HVAC harness. All was supposed to be done. Then twice afterwards
my blower did not work. I did make an appointment to take it back but really
did not want to wait until Thursday so I phoned Wendell motors. They told me
to bring it right in, so I did. Upon looking at my blower problem we come to
find out that, in fact, it WAS NOT DONE!!! They, Wellington Motors, were supposed
to of completed the job. Of they did not, so DC now has been charged TWICE for
this job, once from Wellington and once from Wendells, who showed me all the
old parts. After the completed "REAL" job Wendell Motors even washed
my truck just because...which was kind of nice for me.

I brought my 96 Intrepid in for the engine light on. They informed me it was
a multiple miss code. They changed the spark plugs and cap. Low and behold the
light comes on ON THE WAY HOME. So I bring it back now a coil pack is required,
2 days later light on again, but I find out it comes on at 135 kph. So they
hook up a tester that takes a picture of the PCM. Well they changed the PCM
light goes on again. Now they tell me not to go 135 anymore cause they haven't
a clue. So I do like any person would do, I sold the car. Now I know why Intrepids
are not on the Nascar circuit (besides being 4 dr, dimensions,etc)

My most recent experience was my purchase of a 2003 DR Quad Cab Ram. It is my
4th purchase and was also the best to date. The sales manager whom I dealt with
personally understood my needs, my time and was very thorough. Everything was
double checked, no guessing if he wasn't sure he made sure by going that extra
yard. The staff are very pleasant and take the time to answer your questions
when asked. The service department is top notch and very thorough. Since Wendell's
became a 5***** dealership the new look and layout is very pleasant and makes
a customers experience that much better. When my new truck needed minor adjustments,
they were done exactly as I would expect them.
