To much variability in Service. Never deliver on promised time. Loose orders for parts and forget to follow up with customer. Have to return to often to get the work redone.

Fantastic experience overall. Before purchasing my new truck there, I had been taking my '91 Stealth for work there, along with my '97 Dakota. Both vehicles were always serviced well, and on-time. Some particularly nasty issues on the Stealth were resolved, and even though I was expecting to pay big-bucks, got lucky and often with minor bills ($75.00 or less). Service department always knew me by name, and went out of their way to help me out. Before I took delivery, they arranged an empty bay for me, full tools, lighting and a hydraulic hoist to fully inspect my new truck. Any issues (none mechanical, one paint) were resolved immediately, or scheduled at my convenience for repair. Good follow up, and they always called me to inform me of what the current status was.
