Kept my car for two days, then told me it the problem was a bad battery, but
I had just changed the battery two weeks ago. I told them where the problem
was but they refused to go there because the part was under warranty and they
wouldn't make any money. Ryan Collins is a total joke. Don't deal with him.

I have a 01 Durango. I am very happy with it but my dealership's service hours
are something to be desired. Recently they started not doing oil changes by
appointment. This is very inconvenient because their service hours are the same
as my work hours. I tried going in on my day off and was told it was a 3-4 hour
wait. I have always serviced my vehicles
at the dealership I purchased them from but I'm going to have to change that
and reconsider what and
where my next purchase will be

I had an awesome experience at Brian Bickmore Dodge, especially from their Service
Manager. He was So helpful and it was almost as though he stopped his clock
in order to better serve his loyal customers. When I have gone in, all I have
seen is satisfied customers engaged in positive interactions with the entire
service department. They have always gone a step above and beyond and have NEVER
let me down. You read these other negative comments only because these people
look for ways to tear down this dealership. What if all the GREAT reviews came
in? You don't see them posted because they aren't looking to bring anyone down.
Furthermore, the bad seed always sticks out. You could have a whole page of
positive comments, and it only takes one negative complaint to try and turn
the wheel in the other direction. To Brian Bickmore Dodge and their OUTSTANDING
Service Department, KEEP UP THE FANTASTIC WORK!

We have been dealing with these people and had no trouble. Until we took our
dodge ram diesel in for a noise in the front when we turned. They called and
gave me a long list of things that needed fixing including the brakes. I explained
that I would do the brakes next month and did not want to do anything not covered
by the warranty at this time. They said everything would be covered except 11
to 13 dollars and I approved this. Later that week they called and said the
truck would be ready as soon as the inspector came and a part came in. On Friday
they called and said the inspector refused to pay for a part and our bill would
be 447.00! I called the inspector and he said the part was not worn and met
factory specifications. I feel they fixed things that were not broken and did
not need fixing. I will never deal with these people again and our son-in-law
was going to buy a new dodge truck there and now he will go elsewhere.

I bought a new Dakota pickup. I soon learned that the gas gage is off by about
20 percent. I took it to Vancouver Dodge first to repairs. Guess what? They
told be that it was normal. I then contacted Chrysler and got the run around.
So I tried three times to contact the service manager at Bickmore Dodge. Finally
he called me back and basically told me i was stupid to be upset that the truck
gas gage was incorrect, and that this was factory design since 1997. Well, I
have never had a new vehicle that had a gas gage that far off. I ask that i
be put in touch with the regional service rep and was told that I could not
talk to him. So, I guess the only recourse that I have left is to file a complaint
with the better business bureau. I would not recommend purchase of a Chrysler
product after this incident.

We have purchased three vehicles from Bryan Bickmore..(you would think we would
learn wouldn't you) Not once have we taken any of the vehicles in for service
have we been happy. Most of the time when we ask them to check something, we
are given the same answer "Oh, we couldn't find anything wrong" or "That is
normal for that vehicle" The passenger seat on the Durango moves when occupied
and going down the road, not much just enough to be irritating, guess what "they
couldn't find anything wrong" One of the speakers has a rattle guess what "they
couldn't find anything wrong" The Dakota truck had to have the heads replaced
when it was less then a year old!! It has been in since then for numerous problems,
gaskets leaking, transmission problems etc. We truly feel that if they had competent
people working on it, all of the follow up visits wouldn't be necessary.
Each time we get a phone call asking if we were happy with the service, each
time we tell them no. Today a lady called to see if we were happy, I once again
told her no, when I told her that the people in the service department were
a bunch of idiots, she started to argue with me. So I see the people that do
the phones are mentally challenged also!! If you purchase a new car from this
dealership, make sure you purchase the Chrysler warranty so that you can take
it someplace else for service!!

Sales=Good, Service=Avoid,
Had an engine replaced in a Caravan at 135000. Engine leaked oil for 3 return
visits until they finally found the leak. Engine has never had the power it
once had with the old engine and I have been told that "that's the way it is
with new engines" A year later we asked the dealer to replace transmission fluid
as it had never been changed. Vehicle was returned and later noticed the the
transmission was leaking fluid. Kept adding fluid and returned vehicle to dealer
and transmission cover was replaced correctly. Vehicle will not shift into high
gear until it gets warm and when we returned to dealer they said we would need
to buy a new transmission, that they weren't at fault "You know those Caravan
transmissions fail". I have never been back to them for service.

I bought my truck at Bickmore Dodge so I thought I would let them do the service
boy was that the wrong thing to do my truck only has 22000 miles on it and they
said I need a trans. service that would cost me 125.00 and I should do a list
of other thing the esta. was 824.00 so I went home to ask my husband he went
crazy and called the dealer they told him a different story than they told me
they told him that I asked to have all the things done and that they tried to
talk me out of it lucky for me my husband believed me and not the a&&UJYRX at
the dealer so we thought you might want to know how they treat women there thank
you for this page

Sales=Good, Service=Avoid,
Had my vehicle in several times during the three year B to B warranty for problems
with the brakes and the brake warning light coming on for no reason. The brakes
would pulsate when applied (they claimed that was normal)[it turned out to be
a warped rotor]. They could never find any problems, or so they said. After
the warranty ran out I was able to find the problem myself using nothing more
than a dial indicator and a vacuum gauge. It turned out to be a bad vacuum assist
booster for the power brakes. At later dates I took it in for problems with
the paint on the roof and hood of the vehicle. It had started to pit and rust.
The rep told me several times that he would call me to schedule it in for refinishing
and that the dealer would cover 75% of the cost. That was during the summer
last year and I still have yet to hear from him/them. I don't know that I will
ever get any satisfaction from this dealer or any dealer for that mater. I have
NEVER had any good experiences with any dealer in my entire forty plus years
of driving and don't expect things to change now.
