Sales use switch-and-bait, with numerous salesmen getting in on the action. Trade in vehicles are lowballed to the max. Try to sell you extended contracts, undercoating, etc.
First you have to figure out what is the problem your vehicle - - then have to find out yourself what are the Technical Service Bulletins to cover your particular problem - - and then bring a copy to them. The service department 'doesn't know' what they are, and doesn't want to give you copy of those which may apply to your vehicle.
Sloppy quality of workmanship. Example - - bedliner, installed by Lithia technicians, had numerous oversprays and drips which could not be completely fixed. Factory installed 'tow package' has no label as to the capacity, and you are just told to check the 'promotional brochures'. Running boards, installed by Lithia had to be 'readjusted'.
Just about every visit they try to sell you some 'option' for the vehicle.

Sold me a lemon and they knew it. You name it; brakes, tranny, vibrations etc... The cummins was the only thing that truck had going for it. I should have known there was a reason somebody would trade it in with only 18K on the odometer. I hated the truck so bad I had to trade it in for a Suburban with a 6.5 TD (yes you read that right). Should have known what kind of experience it would be when the salesman told me he would mail me a copy of the trucks manual and we were eventually told months later that we would have to buy one. That was the first lie. We were also lied to by the service manager and the sales manager regarding other issues. I would not send my enemy to Lithia Dodge of Eugene.

Sales=Avoid, Service=Avoid,
Had a 93 Dakota which I babied. The paint started to peel off of the cab roof. Took it to Roberts Dodge in Eugene and they repainted it,(the cab top) at no charge even though the warranty had expired. The SM said that Chrysler had a warranty extension because of paint problems during that time. About 6 mos later the paint started to peel off of the hood. Unfortunately Roberts had been purchased by Lithia and the new SM denied any warranty extension and wanted to charge me to repaint the hood. I'm sure the crooks were going to charge me then turn around and bill Chrysler for the same work. Got it painted elsewhere. I then sold this truck to a struggling single mom. I had elected for the 7year/70K drivetrain warranty back in 93 when I first bought the truck. It had only 45K and nearly two years left on the warranty. It says right in the manual that the warranty can be transferred one time for a fee of around 100 dollars. Yet when she tried to do so the bastards at lithia! lied right to her face an tried to charge her 700$ to transfer the warranty. She went elsewhere. Lithia's getting a real reputation in this town. I just bought a new 2500 turbo diesel quad cab. I went to Portland to buy it. I won't have any dealings with lithia. Unfortunately, they are buying dealerships and spreading like a cancer throughout the NW.

They practice bait and switch tactics, I was looking to buy a truck, they treated me like I was an idiot, with their bait and switch;and also telling you one price over the phone to get you down their only to find out they made a mistake it was more money then they thought a lot more,this happened at two lithia dealerships,so I guess this is acceptable way to treat a qualified buyer,so I went to town country in Wilsonville and bought a ram 1500 4x4 and was treated with respect.

Sales=Good, Service=Avoid,
I purchased a 2000 Dodge Durango from this dealership...and I have only owned this vehicle for 10 months and the rear end has already been rebuilt twice and replaced once..I have tried to talk to the general manager and the service manager about the problem..But they have no idea what the problem is...we are in the process of trying to get them to re-buy the vehicle..and it has been an uphill battle all the way!! avoid buying a vehicle here...it has been the worst experience of my car buying life!!

Sales=Excellent, Service=Avoid,
Spent a lot of time dealing to get my ram but they got me out of a lease on blazer after 9 months breaking even and a lower price than any other dealer in the area could give me. They would do better if they just got rid of their service department. Terrible service. I know of 4 people including myself that had problems with them and it is just plain incompetence. For example not tightening the carrier bearing and dropping a drive shaft, leaving the oil cap of after an oil change and blowing the oil out, scratching fender with belt buckle, not masking for undercoating and the list goes on.

Sales=Avoid, Service=Don't Know
Lowballed us when we were test driving and were planning to buy the following week. Came back and price was $5000 higher than quoted. "Apparently shown the wrong model" than the one we were very specific about and test drove.

Sales=Avoid, Service=Avoid,
When I returned home after my used car purchase, my husband showed me my car on ad in the local newspaper for $3500 less that I purchased it for! ! ! I have had the same vehicle in for the same service symptoms 6 times and still have the symptoms. When I contacted the extended warranty company, they informed me that they have paid for a new engine installed. Amazingly, my car retained the factory engine! ! ! ! I am suggesting to all to take sufficient lubrication when intending to do business with Lithia Dodge of Eugene

Sales=Good, Service=Good,
I would buy from Lithia again.

Sales=Excellent, Service=Excellent,
For sales work only with Dan Blair; he'll get you what you need. Service has always been superb without exception. If you can describe it and they can find it, it will be fixed. Best dealer of any variety that I've encountered.

Sales=Good, Service=Poor,
Don't buy from Lithia sell it and don't want to work on it bunch of two faced backstabbing f____ers.

Sales=Poor, Service=Poor,
I wouldn't want anyone to make the mistake of taking their vehicle to Lithia by mistake, they are Crooks. If you want to spend all day to get $10 off the list price then Lithia is your dealer, they are trained to wear you down by jacking you around with all the closers and managers, which by the time you  are tired hungry and fed up, they hope you will give up and buy at THEIR price.

Sales=Good, Service=Avoid,
faulty transmission lines lost fluid when fittings cracked, causing tranny to get slip and get hot. Lithia says it didn't hurt it but wont back it up on paper. So I am driving a 32,000 dollar truck I cant trust

Dealership Rating:
Good sales department, good service
Fair sales, fair service
Conflicting or not enough information
Poor Service or Poor Sales Department
Avoid like the plague!!
