Well, if it was price alone, the dealer would get an Excellent. I did have to work at that and the rebates and fully clear trade-in were a big help though. My major beefs are as follows: being lied to about location of truck coming in that caused multiple visits. Being lied to about being reimbursed the next morning for hotel only to get the "there are no check signers" (took nearly a month and multiple calls for reimbursal.) Being lied to about inability to cancel a warranty (well partially, they sent in the deal to bank stating I received truck before I ever did to get funding quicker.) Being lied to about experience with California DMV ("oh, I give them two party checks ALL the time.") Over all, I must admit my Salesman worked his tail off to keep my happy so I'd give him good review on Chrysler survey. It's just too bad they don't ask about the idiot in the Finance Dept. (now called "Business Managers") because he was the source of most of my stress a! nd strife and there is nothing like calling and/or talking to someone who gives you the "you're stupid" look and/or silence. If there was a rating for Finance, they'd get a poor! If the rating was for my salesman (Tony M.) alone, it would be an Excellent, unfortunately I am rating the whole experience.

I bought my truck as well as 2 other vehicles at crown dodge in ventura ca. (check out their comments) Since their service is so horrible and my home is near medford i try to hold off warranty work until i go home on leave. I've dealt with David every time i went (he has a truck almost just like mine) and the only problem i have ever had with them is one time they just could not get the parts before i had to go back to school When i need a new truck i will be checking out their sales department

They are the worst and I will never buy there again. They are practically thieves. My car also had a big scratch, since I took delivery of my truck at night, I didn't see it.

Sales=Avoid, Service=Poor, They took 20 days to pay off my trade, and are now coming after me for the difference. I am filing a complaint with Oregon DMV since they only 15 days. Service in their shop is nonexistant.

Posted to the TDR: 5 Star Service, My A**!!! This is really bad, Lithia Dodge in Medford OR. They did the vacuum line recall on my 2500, no problems, but the stereo sounded funny afterwards. Come to find out the tweeters are missing from the doors!! I called the truck sales manager, didn't what to deal with the service dude, he said he'd take care of it and send me some speakers. I said I'd install them since I live far away. Speakers came and the way the wires were cut diagonally exactly matched the cut wires in my door, they were my old speakers!! I never found out what was going on with this crap and have never gone back. My bet is the blame lies with an individual employee rather than the dealer, but I'm taking no more chances with them.
